I scheduled an order on door dash from this store like the day before. When the scheduled time came, they kept saying that they were preparing the order, but I kept waiting and waiting... like 30 mins past and what not. I had to cancel my door dash order in the end.

I usually go here once in a blue moon. They usually are nice and say hello. But when I went today 7/19/2025, I noticed the cashier (Mexican )was trying to overcharge me. I ordered a simple chic fil a sandwich but he tried to get me to pay for 3 sandwiches. He didn't apologize about me so that tells me he does it occasionally. I NEVER said I wanted 3 sandwiches, only one. I ended up paying for the 1 sandwich I ordered. Probably tried to overcharge me because I'm black. I won't be going to this chic fil a anymore.

Basically I love Chick-fil-A very much,but specifically this location of Chick-fil-A isn't good as much as Chick-fil-A's reputation. It isn't only today every time when I order this potato fries, they just put all bad one at the bottom in the box ,only a few of good one on the top. See picture

This is a great carry out place. The manager, Anthony is amazing. He runs a restaurant with a lot of traffic. Despite it being busy with his leadership the store is very efficient. Highly recommend this for a quick fast food.

Bun was soggy doesn’t really hold the sandwich very well and I think too much lettuce and only half of tomato slice with it. Fruit very tasty same as the fries the best that I’ve tried so far
CHIC FIL A BALLSTON SUPERVISORS STEAL FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE !!! I was nice in the restaraunt because the person at the register could not understand i was double charged. Then i was verbally cursed out by her boss several hours that evening. It is thursday and i still dont have my money. I will make sure that i be there tomorrow to get my money from your supervisor since he cannot understand english. I have the recorded call.
Give me my money back. I will file with the BBB and let the public hear the video of how i was mistreated after the fact that i went to corporate. You allowed your non english speaking supervisor talk crap to me and not give me my money back. There is no explanation i want a formal apology from Erin the owner!!!! I reported to corporate before he was involved corporate saw rhe problem i will make sure to come up.there and get my money. I will show up. I attempted to make a purchase but was charged twice due to a misunderstanding between the restaurant staff and myself regarding a failed transaction. In an effort to resolve the issue without causing further inconvenience to the other customers, I contacted the corporate office.
Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with, Mr. Steven, had difficulty communicating effectively in English and used inappropriate language during our phone conversation. He abruptly ended the call before the issue could be resolved. It is concerning that corporate was already aware of the duplicate transaction but failed to take action to prevent it from occurring.
I am deeply disappointed by the poor service and unprofessional behavior I encountered at the Ballston location. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would like to request that appropriate measures be taken to address the issues I have outlined.

Attention to detail is important. When I got my food, the dressing was wrong so I asked for the correct one, only to get back to work and see the dressing for the 2nd salad, I ordered was wrong as well. I ordered a southwest salad and got granola instead of the toppings it should be, so that sucks as well. This was literally the simplest order to complete. I'm all for speedy service, especially since there was a lunch rush, but let's not skip on attention to detail.

Love the connivence of this location while staying at the Hilton! It's a great place to get a quick reasonable price breakfast in Arlington! $20 for two ! The manager is amazing! My cashier has a very little language barrier and I of course had to order a custom biscuit! It went off wonderfully! It's hard to get staff for jobs like this s ! I am so appreciative of the staff! It's such a big connivence for me ! Ambiance is mall chic fil a !
