I’ve never gotten anything too exotic here, but I would say the food is average takeout Chinese food. The awful thing about this place is if you go into pick it up the glass at the front looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade, There’s literally splatters cobwebs, dirty handprints. You can barely see through it. It’s just so gross. It makes you wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen.

I bought Combination Fried Rice. Rice was dry(-1), and some fork scoops had a hint rotten meat(-1) but not excessive to throw up or feel disgusted. The quantity of food good(+1). The place is small. There's some chairs to wait for your food. Small corner table for 1 person to eat there. Lady who took my order wasn't very talkative. I asked her for spoon multiple times before I left and she insisted there was a spoon in my bag.(-1) I found out there was only a fork in my bag. Almost choked on how dry the rice was. Also there was an old lady sleeping on a chair as you enter the place.

Such a disappointment when Chinese restaurants make general Tso’s shrimp like this. The breading is hard and unappetizing, the shrimp doesn’t get the flavor of the sauce, and it’s messy when it doesn’t come prepared. If you wouldn’t serve the chicken this way, why serve the shrimp like this?
If you’re traveling through Tysons Corner, Virginia, and craving comforting, no-fuss Chinese takeout, China Express is the hidden gem you need to know about. Serving the area since 1993, this hole-in-the-wall favorite is all about fresh, flavorful dishes, generous portions, and fast service, making it the perfect solution for travelers on the go, late-night cravings, or a cozy meal in your hotel room. What sets this spot apart? Consistency and quality. Regulars rave about the Kung Pao Chicken, Szechuan Crispy Beef, House Lo Mein, and dumplings—all made fresh with bold flavors and tender, well-cooked meats. The shrimp lo mein is a standout, loaded with properly cleaned, juicy shrimp. And if you’re under the weather or just need some classic comfort food, their Chicken & Corn Soup is a must-try. Plus, prices are incredibly reasonable, making this a solid bang-for-your-buck option. China Express is takeout and delivery only, so don’t expect dine-in service—but that’s part of what makes it so efficient. Ordering online is seamless, and the friendly staff ensures a quick, hassle-free pickup. And here’s a pro tip: portions are huge, meaning you’ll likely have leftovers for another meal. And if you’re looking for the perfect way to unwind after a satisfying meal, Pull Up DC has you covered with premium cannabis delivery straight to your doorstep. Because let’s be real—nothing pairs better with great takeout than great vibes to end the night right!
It’s not a restaurant to go and seat there, it’s more like to order and pick up. The food it’s good, I love the chicken brócoli. The service is pretty quick, I call and order and they call me back 10 minutes later telling me that my order was ready. I recommend if you are looking for something good and cheap (the portions are big).

The general tso was basically water for sauce.
The eggrolls appear to be deep-fried at some fair and then microwaved on site.
It’s hard to find a bad Chinese place but this one it’s definitely low on food quality

I’ve ordered here multiple times giving the benefit of the doubt each time. But I’ve hit my breaking point. I’ve tried 7 menu items over a year, each bland. I’ve said it for a while, the food here is awful. It’s like frozen meals and it’s like they just run out of salt and herbs each time they make something. Do better and save yourself time and money, go to one of the other many restaurants in the area, unless, you enjoy the taste of cardboard. They are probably paying users to give them 5 stars, we all know that game.

Some of the worse Chinese food I have had. The general chicken was really hard. The rice was not flavorful at all. The spring roll tasted like it had came out of the frozen section smh.

Delicious food, quick and friendly service. VERY generous portions - especially with the free items with purchase. We ordered shrimp lo mein, donuts, scallion pancakes, kung pao chicken. We added on a chicken fried rice for free! Everything was tasty and hot. Bonus: parking lot for easy pick up.

Decent basic Chinese food, prices are fair for this area and their order accuracy has been really good. Online website works better for placing an order than calling via phone.
