I just ordered takeout from China Express for the first time and I am happily surprised! I ordered takeout to pick up on their website where I tipped (you also sign a receipt where it gives you another opportunity to tip, so just decide beforehand how you want to). The website said it would take about 30 minutes for my order to be ready, and it was ready in about 40. I ordered the wonton soup, a side of fried ride, and the hunan beef. I do think that I was given the hunan chicken by mistake, but no complaints because it is quite good. The wonton soup is definitely the star of the show— highly recommend!

Watch out when they charge you, they add a tip without saying anything then when you add a tip, you’ve overtipped them. I ordered 3 orders $12.50 each and 2 sodas 1.25 each that should have been $40 plus tax, I was charged $47.79

Ordered 25 wings @ $2.20/wing & 1 fried rice through DoorDash. Asked for wings to be cooked crispy. Image my shock when I was charged the original price of approximately $60 for my order, plus an additional $84. DoorDash advised the additional $84 was because of my special instructions of asking that wings be cooked crispy. I spoke with someone at restaurant, was assured someone would call me back. They never did. So I'm finished with DoorDash & China Express. Guess I'll settle through my bank.

Well. Be careful. They've started charging an extra dollar for answering the phone. Ive stood by them after food poisoning, multiple incorrect orders, and lack of ny concept of customer service. With this newest scam, I'm done. You should be too!°°

I treated myself to the Combination lo mein, General Tso Chicken, and Spring Rolls, and I can confidently say that I now make the drive from Fairfax just for their exceptional food and warm service. It's worth every minute on the road!
The flavors are consistently delicious and fresh, no matter how many times I order—at least three to four times a month, depending on my hectic work schedule. I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews, as my experiences have consistently been fantastic. Every lunch and dinner has been a delight. Choosing this place has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions I’ve made!
