TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! DISRESPECTFUL…
Asked for food to be remade because there was a BUG (A ACTUAL BUG IN MY FOOD) and when asked to be remade the girl at the register said that it wasn’t a bug AS IF I WASN'T LOOKIN AT THE BUG … then she went to the back and started laughing came back and said there’s nothing we can do, I can’t give free food … It’s not about free food it’s about REMAKING A ORDER THAT HAD A BUG … overall I always have issues with this chipotle they either rude , disrespectful, make fun of you, they are not welcoming unless you one of they people , at the end of the day if u want a good chipotle , don’t come here…

Can a place be too fast? Surprisingly, yes. They assumed what I wanted and started grabbing ingredients before I could even speak. I felt rushed the entire time and could barely get a word in. I was helping my wife with her order, yet the cashier kept firing questions at me while I was clearly focused on her. I had to turn and tell her to wait. The whole place felt chaotic, they rush you and serve as little as possible.

I came in at 11:30ish am because I was super excited to try the new chipotle chimmichuri. When I went to sit down I accidentally dropped the chimmichurri and it spilled on the table. I asked the Manager if I could have a new one and she didn’t even turn to look at me to tell me “I’m going to charge you for a new one” I obviously don’t mind paying for some sauce. It’s not that expensive but the way she treated a customer that literally just said “sorry I messed up” was just extremely rude and I was made to feel kind of bullied. The lady has red hair and glasses I don’t know her name but she also felt very comfortable being rude to me. I would love it if you could reprimand or make give a stern talking to her in my behalf because what she’s acting like is not ok.

The staff was very rude. It was my first time trying this food, but instead of explaining anything, they just stared at me without asking any questions. If a customer seems unfamiliar, they should at least offer some guidance. The front staff was unfriendly, the portion size was small, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Manager is very rude in here. I wanted to use my coupon for free chips and queso, and the manager stopped the cashier from taking care of a customer to tell her that we first had to purchase something (which was completely fine). She could have just said it directly to me as she was standing right there. She didn't acknowledge us or greet us, but spoke around us. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. We did end up getting food, and was able to observe dining in that she did not treat all customers like this. All customers don't get treated equally here, which is very hurtful and disappointing for one of our favorite restaurant chains.

Portion sizes seem to get smaller. I got 2/3 scope of rice and half a scope of guac. Had to tell them both times that it wasn’t even a portion size. I didn’t want extra.

Why are they charging for a side of cheese. I thought every side expect meat and guacamole and queso is free. So rude
If I would have to give 0 starts I will definitely give it to them , now I know why chipotle has a bad reputation of rude service , and I had my bad experience today , I went to order a burrito 🌯 they said they were out of flour tortillas so I told the girl that I just want a soda and ships with guacamole so she ignores me she just pointed at the cashier she didn’t even said anything so ignored me and started talking to the costumer behind me, ok I went to the cashier and I told her that I just want a Soda and chips with guacamole she said that they were out of guacamole too , (that’s very unprofessional) so I just told her that I want a regular fountain soda , she charged me $16 the cashier said that she asked me if a paying a bowl which was not true , she was acting like it was my fault she didnt even apologize , so she called the manager i think her name is Nohelia , she came to me with a rude very rude and mad attitude saying that i have to wait for my refund she said that they dont steal money , and i was just asked her i question about my refund , so she was acting like it was my fault and she was saying that she don't steal peoples money instead of saying I'm sorry I apologize for this inconvenience because I work as ab customer service in a pizza place and when something like that happens to me the first thing I tell customer is that im very sorry for the inconvenience, Chipotle has very rude employees but I think that store has the most rudest employees , the manager she should be nice and humble with the costumers and she should be an example for the others employees because the employees are rude because the manager is more rude ,

There were a lot of mosquitoes and small flies in the restaurant, and I got bit two times by a mosquito... It's never good when there are bugs in a restaurant, even in a fast food chain

I understand a lunch rush, but please stop moving the line forward when the cashier is backed up. I shouldn’t be at the start of the line and my bowl all the way at the end near the cashier. It causes folks to yell their order or point over the glass and causes a higher risk of orders being mixed up. Saw 3 ppl come back with their mixed up order and they had to remake each bowl.
