Im a faithful veggie bowl eater and the amount of Guac š„ they give you is for half a bowl! Then when I ask for more because I have a veggie bowl they give 1/4 of a tsp like itās funny to them! I wonāt be supporting this location anymore.

Went on April 3rd around 4 and got bowl. I never have problems with chipotle so I didnāt care to check for receipt. When I got home I open my bowl to see that they gave me someone elseās bowl with things I canāt eat. Mind you I got double meat toā¦ I went today to talk to the manager and they asked for receipt. I showed them my bank and told them they can check the system to confirm. Manager says they canāt do anything, only thing they can do is check camera and that will take a long time. Itās not my fault your cashier decides to give me someoneās order and did not ask me or place the receipt in the bag. She didnāt even bother to check the system after I showed clearly I was charged on my bank. How is it gone take a long time to check camera when I told you the exact time I was here. I was coming back from a long day of work so I just left, I donāt have the energy for that bullshit. Never going here again.

The portions are so littleee!! It does not equal to the amount of money I spend there. I should not be able to finish my food in less than 6 minutes, specially if Iām spending more than 10 dollars there!

seems the lady who take order and give you rice is very rude. She must think giving rice to customer cost her own money. The rice she gives me even not cover the bottom of the bowl and she refuse to give me more. Very disappointed for the experience. Would never come again

WORST CHIPOTLE. Claudia was super rude, I calmly asked for the bathroom code and when it didnāt work I went and verified I entered the right number. Even thought it said āVacantā in green, it kept giving me an error and stopped beeping when I pressed a number. I told Claudia again and she shrugged her shoulders and didnāt offer any solutionā¦ and at this time she was waiting for a customer so she found other things to do to avoid me. This is just terrible service and all other staff was nice. And I asked for a water cup, and he was about to hand it to me but she interrupted and said āwe donāt have anyā when Iāve been there plenty of times and have gotten one. Bad experience and clearly this place barely has good reviews for a reason. I hope they fix the management.

So when I walked in, there was no one in line, and the cashier made this face like she'd rather do anything except take my order. Practically threw my order together in the bag (my very heavy drink was placed directly on top of my bowl as opposed to next to it), and threw my receipt away after I paid. After I went to get a fork and realized my receipt wasn't in the bag, I came back to the register only to find that she'd already thrown it away. I sat in the restaurant to eat my lunch, and I witnessed her give more energy to interactions with her coworkers than with customers. Didn't catch her name, but she needs to do better. (At the register between 2:20 and 2:30pm on Fri 10/11) š
Edited to add that she was off the clock at 230pm and back in line getting her own food. I guess she was too close to 5th end of her shift to provide decent service. š

if i could give it zero stars i would. Staff had attitude and messed up my order even after I intervened several times. they then began laughing at my family and I. They were too busy goofing off behind the counter to even pay attention to the customers. Very bad dining atmosphere and disrespectful staff.
