I love chipotle but this location sucks. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I hate that it's the closest option for me to get chipotle.They've messed up my online order EVERY TIME (e.g. putting meat in a veggie order or no queso despite charging for it). I'm not exaggerating...the chipotle app doesn't even give me a free coke anymore when I lodge a complaint because I've had to do it so many times. I just go in person now.Additionally, the manager is not a pleasant person (a couple of other reviews have also mentioned this particular individual). The other employees do seem friendly tho which is nice.If you're coming here expect to get your order messed up or some attitude on the side. If you're lucky you might get them both!

I ordered two burrito bowls, one with double meat and the other with single, plus two sides of guacamole. My total cost was over $40. The price seemed shocking as I did not order any drinks. It was overpriced for what I was getting.I paid for a double meat bowl, but the server only gave a scoop and a half, not a true double. I asked the server to only give me a very small scoop of the extreme hot picante sauce, he gave me a full scoop. I should of just walked out. The overall meal was too spicy and salty. I had to drink a ton of water just get rid of the salt bloat from this meal. Overall, the experience was sub par.

Every time I order something from this chipotle, something is missing or they send the wrong order. Chipotle also makes it so hard to get a refund -- missing a bag of chips that you paid for? Here have a free soda. Get sent entirely the wrong order? A free bag of chips should help. I would only recommend coming here if you're ordering in person, otherwise, don't bother unless you're OK getting a partial meal or something different than what you ordered.

I love Chipotle, but the service over there is awful, specially the woman who asks first what kind of chipotle I want.She thinks we get the food for free and need to deal with her nasty attitude. It was on December 4th around 1pm. I told her she must to treat customers good in Spanish. Please who ever read this review, get your employees a good training in hospitality and how to treat customers good.

Went here with my girlfriend and we were overcharged. They were not friendly about it and wouldn't handle the situation. Definitely don't recommend this place for their service.

Not just once, but three times in a row, our food was half the regular portion sizes and left overs that were not fresh. For the price, the food portion and quality were terrible. Will now be traveling an additional 10 minutes to a different branch.

No fancy stuff. The food was fresh and good quality. Guests who are unfamiliar with their menu need assistance to get what they want. The personnel were helpful and the prices good for the DC area.Parking: Just around the corner from the Ballston Metro Station.

Most Disappointing, chipotle visit ever. I cannot begin to count the number of items this location was out of. No guacamole, no white rice. They were out of one of the meats but fortunately it wasn't something I wanted. They were out of regular size cups, and they were out of the much advertised watermelon limeade. Times are tough. I get it the world's not perfect. It's hard to keep a Restaurant fully staffed, and fully stocked, but at the very least, they could've offered. something in return for being out of half the items I ordered this evening. Fortunately, in Arlington we have options, so just go to another chipotle. That's what I'll be doing next time.

This is the worst Chipotle store I've ever been in, and unfortunately it's the closest location to me. I've learned that the only way for them to get an order correct is by ordering in person. Last month, I ordered a salad through the app but they packed someone else's burrito bowl in my bag along with salad dressing on the side. They gave me a free entree as an apology but it had an expiration date. So I redeemed the free entree on the expiration date. Same salad order. This time, they got the salad right but did not include the dressing. I reported the inaccuracy and they first tried to make amends by offering a free soda. Then they gave me a BOGO. Nice try, Chipotle, but I think I'll stay away from this location. If I redeem the BOGO, it will definitely be at a different location.

Basically, the quality of food prep at this location is questionable at best. Brown, wilted lettuce, undercooked chicken, congealed queso and truly sour cream makes this a must miss location.

I love Chipotle and this location constantly disappointments with tiny serving sizes even when I pay extra and constantly being out of guac. I'd recommend one of the other food options in the area.
