Chipotle Mexican Grill

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order around 7 pm and was given a six hour old order. The fact that this was sitting out all day and not disposed of is inexcusable.

I've had consistently negative experiences at this Chipotle. First, the portions are unreasonably small—don’t expect much protein. Second, the app lets you choose the Walk-Up Window for pickup after 9 PM, but it’s always “closed” when I arrive. Most recently, the worker inside was openly rude: she didn’t open the window, made an angry face, pointed toward the front entrance, yelled “Go inside!” and then walked away. Instead of offering any help, the staff act like you're inconveniencing them. You’re left awkwardly cutting the line to ask the cashier for your order. Overall, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Avoid.

Second time I made an online order and received little to no meat/protein in my bowl. For the amount paid, there should be no reason the protein portions are so small. Disappointed

I don’t know if this girl is new or just straight up disrespectful. It was the one who took orders not the one on the register. Her tone is unacceptable, any other time I went to this location I’ve come across respectful employees. With a smart mouth like that she doesn’t need to be in the front of the store.

This location consistently serves the weakest burritos. Serving sizes are very small, burritos here look more like wraps. Go to Rosslyn location for better portions.

I have had a few terrible experiences at this location from screwing up orders to not allowing you to use the app or app rewards. I would steer clear of this location. I usually have positive experiences at other locations, so this is really unfortunate

I got a job in the area a little over a year ago and there weren’t many places here that I knew about.

I saw that there was a chipotle nearby and so I started going there ever so often. And the food and Portions were amazing. Not only that but the atmosphere as well, I want to give a big shout out to Kevin for always making me feel welcomed.

If I could give a 10 star I would. I’ve been going there for a little over a year now and I’ve never had one bad experience.

I’ve been to other chipotles in the area and none of them compare to this one. It is so clean, the food is fresh, and the staff is so nice. Kevin was so friendly and you can tell he cares about the customer’s experience. Will definitely be driving to this location more often.
