Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very sad but they skimp consistently on the proteins compared to other chipotles.

I ordered for pickup through their app, and when I got home I found that I had a different burrito from what I ordered. The sticker on the burrito was correct, but the fillings were mostly incorrect.

I tried to resolve it through the app but it told me to "speak to a member of our restaurant staff."

I'm already back home on a winter day, so I guess I'm out of luck. Unfortunate.

The cashier who helped me was terrible with the assistant, you should change those people who are at the checkout, all bitter, they look at each other and don't even say hello.

I came in and ordered a burrito bowl this morning. The person who prepared my bowl was not wearing gloves and had a cold sore. Please make sure to be vigilant when you order food from this location.

I used to eat here all the time while walking around town and honestly I Quite enjoy it. This is honestly a pretty decent Chipotle and it’s very conveniently located. I am by no means saying it’s the best food option in the area, far from it, there’s tons of restaurants in the area that are way better and way better for you. But if you’re simply in the mood for Chipotle, this is honestly one of the better ones. And it’s very conveniently located, being a short walk from the metro and from the near by Apartments, houses and hotels.

Parking: Finding parking for this place is honestly a task and a half. But that’s mostly just an Arlington thing.

Great staff. I was having a bad day and the staff who handed me my order were friendly. As others have stated, this location is skimpy on portions. I ordered extra and had to check my bag to make sure it was actually enough for the exorbitant price corporate charges.

Holy cow, should have checked the awful reviews before ordering from here. Ordered delivery to my hotel 5 minutes away. Food was wrong, arrived fresh-out-of-the-fridge cold, and literally dripping wet. Like the burrito had soaked through the paper bag. I threw it away and ordered something else. Disgusting.

This location has consistently been the worst Chipotle that I have visited. I order via online pickup and my order has been wrong multiple times, the portion sizes are not comparable to other locations and staff is rude. I only keep coming back because the location is convenient but at this point it's no longer worth it. You're better off just driving to another location.

This is the stingiest Chipotle I have ever been to. I asked for a little more rice and I swear she added a literal tablespoon. I asked for some more lettuce and I got practically an additional strand of lettuce. Service was rude as hell to. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

Really raunchy chipotle. They charged me for the wrong item and found a HAIR in my bag of chips. Sanitary standards held by the workers are at an all time low. Drive 5 minutes to another chipotle. Don’t come here.

This is the worse chipotle in the area. For some reason they find it okay to put the smallest portions possible in each of their meals. Very disappointing experience every time…..
