This place is dirty. Won’t be back.

In a time where most Chipotle locations are sub par, this location is consistently very good. Generally, the service is relatively quick and the burritos are a decent size (not the laughably small portion sizes you'll find at other Chipotle locations). A couple of times I have received a burrito that was a mess. But, that's pretty uncommon. This is one of the few Chipotle locations that are still worth eating at.

Really disappointing to see a bad chipotle, especially in this location. Food quality is really inconsistent - some bites of chicken are bland and others are extremely salty. Portions are small. Makes you wonder what else they could be skimping on - are they overlooking health codes? Will this location make me sick?

Really hope management listens to the influx of feedback. In the meantime just go to the one in Rosslyn, Ballston, or north Arlington instead.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this time was really disappointing. I ordered my usual meal and started eating right away, but almost immediately I felt off — fatigued, chills, and just generally unwell. A few hours later, it got worse and I realized it was food poisoning. I’m really careful about what I eat, so I’m certain it came from here. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected, and I hope they take food safety more seriously moving forward.

By far the most expensive chipotle I’ve ever been to

Solid Chipotle. I go to this location a lot and it is pretty consistent. I always order in person to ensure order accuracy.

My family lives in Arlington and we went here on a Saturday around 7pm and ate in. We loved the flavors in our bowls and the portion sizes were large. I have been to many Chipotles locations and though all area generally good I really liked this one and will be back. It's probably the smallest dining area I've seen at a Chipotle but there are also tables outdoors. The staff was friendly and patient with us.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order around 7 pm and was given a six hour old order. The fact that this was sitting out all day and not disposed of is inexcusable.

I've had consistently negative experiences at this Chipotle. First, the portions are unreasonably small—don’t expect much protein. Second, the app lets you choose the Walk-Up Window for pickup after 9 PM, but it’s always “closed” when I arrive. Most recently, the worker inside was openly rude: she didn’t open the window, made an angry face, pointed toward the front entrance, yelled “Go inside!” and then walked away. Instead of offering any help, the staff act like you're inconveniencing them. You’re left awkwardly cutting the line to ask the cashier for your order. Overall, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Avoid.

No Barbacoa at lunch and no ice in machine. Portions small. Fast service.

Portions are on the smaller side for their burritos.

I have been here half a dozen times and have always had a great experience. The food was good every time, the team was professional every time, and the space was clean every time.
