As a worker who has worked here..I don't see any wrongs for the low reviews. I can truly say that the way it is run, it DOES NEED A CHECK from higher ups. One where the higher ups wont let them know of their visit. I am not making this statement out of pettiness. If you can and have to take your money as a customer somewhere else.. There's plenty and more friendlier services near by. Hopefully their service doesn't get too low of a rating from the COMMUNITY THEY SERVE.

Well got their food before thru doordash. While I was trying to order and waited like 5-8 min front of their counter ( cus they are working on order) nobody says hi or hold on. No one cares ? Simply are these people know they are in service industry ? I was speechless. I am not insulted or whatever but these employees need check. Their food is decent. So I left i am not begging food, i am paying customer

I saw the bad reviews, so figured I’d try it out. It was great! The staff were very friendly and the serving sizes were standard Chipotle servings!

My recent visits to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Clarendon have left me with a sense of diminishing satisfaction, prompting me to reflect on the elements that contribute to the overall dining experience. While Chipotle has long been associated with convenient and customizable Mexican-inspired fare, recent experiences have highlighted areas of concern. The most notable issue has been a perceivable decline in the quality of the food. Chipotle has built its reputation on fresh, high-quality ingredients, but it appears that the execution is not consistently meeting these standards. The once vibrant and flavorful dishes now seem to lack the zest and appeal that made Chipotle a go-to choice for many.Another significant concern is the state of the restroom facilities, which I found to be nothing short of disgusting. A clean and well-maintained restroom is a basic expectation for any dining establishment, and the conditions I encountered at Chipotle were not in line with these standards. The unhygienic state of the toilets not only detracted from the overall experience but also raised questions about the restaurant's commitment to basic cleanliness and customer comfort. While the concept of Chipotle's assembly-line style of service remains efficient, the declining food quality and cleanliness issues in the restroom are cause for reconsideration. It's disheartening to witness a brand that was once a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal experience falter in these key areas. In conclusion, Chipotle Mexican Grill in Clarendon, while still serving as a convenient option for fast-casual dining, has experienced a noticeable decline in food quality, coupled with hygiene concerns in the restroom facilities. Addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining the trust and satisfaction of customers who have come to expect a certain standard from the Chipotle brand. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to restore the restaurant to its former appeal.

If I have to ask for extra rice and it's still less than what I would get without asking for extra at Cherry Hill or Ballston Chipotle you're doing something very

True what other people say about protein portion size. Two stars deducted because of it.

Zero consistency on protein portion. It sucks because it’s the cleanest thing to eat quickly in the area but not worth 16 bucks for 5 pieces of cubed chicken. That’s 5 pieces after you ask for double protein. I would gladly spend more money here if it felt like more of a restaurant and less like a casino where I have to get lucky to break even on protein. Wish there was a qdoba near by:(

This is my local chipotle spot and it has to be one of the worst run chipotles I’ve been to (been eating chipotle for over 16 years). They serve the SMALLEST portions, being lucky to get half a scoop full of protein portion. The location is constantly out of ingredients and their computer system for some reason can’t process app rewards. If you’re craving chipotle, I recommend hopping in the car and trying a different location, or better yet, a different fast-casual restaurant in the area.

Quick and efficient. Also the record for the smallest chipotle burrito in my life. Inflation hitting everybody these days.
