⭐⭐⭐
Popped into this Chipotle location at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City for a quick dinner. I tried the Honey Chicken Bowl, and it was both decent and tasty—the flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients looked fresh.
A big shoutout to the staff. They were very patient while I was picking out my toppings and moved at a great pace—not so fast that they rushed the portions, but quick enough to keep the line moving.
What I ordered:
Honey Chicken Bowl ($10.55)
Small Soda ($3.15)
Total with tax: $15.07
The seating area was clean enough for a busy mall location, and the service was reliable. Definitely a solid spot for a quick, filling meal if you're shopping in the area!

The worst restaurant where you can take food is Chipotle. The ladies who work there are too rude and also one pays a plate of almost 20 dollars so that they don't give him a good portion of meat. Just put three pieces and fill the plate with rice and white sauce.
Not busy when I got there. Got my burrito double wrapped and still a huge hole where falling apart before even eating

Crazy slow service at this location. If there's even a single person in front of you, prepare to wait 15 minutes just to order.

I ordered a burrito and the cashiers were talking about me ordering guacamole with it, which I didn't. I had already paid with Apple Pay, didn't really notice it much. When I got home, I realized my bill was way too high for a steak burrito. I went in my bad to see the receipt so I can request a refund, but the cashier had not put it in there. They made a mistake on the order and didn't give me the receipt so I couldn't correct it, which is very unprofessional. The food itself was good.

The portions of the burritos are now insanely small. You can actually see the employees carefully taking as small a portion of each food as possible. The wrapping of the burrito is very subpar too.

We had 3 bowls with brown rice and all of them rice were hard to chew. When we told them about it they were acting like they gave us those bowls for Free and we're the wrong ones. They didn't even give us full refund because the food were partially eaten. When we said why do you serve inedible rice in the first place the cashier started yelling at us and some other employee also came join her to yell together. They're running the restaurant by employees with unprofessional behavior at a Mall location. They should train their employees how to talk to Customers first. Never going to this Chipotle again.

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this location. It was my first time visiting this particular branch, though I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations before. I tried to order a quesadilla, and the staff member gave me barely half a spoon of chicken. When I politely asked for a bit more, she refused and said, “No way Jose, you have to pay.” I explained that I’m a student and didn’t have extra money, and that the portion wasn’t enough to satisfy me—but she showed no empathy.
I then asked to speak to the manager, but he dismissed me and said he didn’t want to talk about it. I just want to warn others—there are plenty of better places to eat. Chipotle, you need to hold your staff accountable. This kind of service reflects poorly on your brand. Shame on this location.

The Chipotle at 1100 S Hayes St in Arlington, VA, located inside the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, offers a consistently satisfying experience with fresh ingredients, flavorful proteins, and quick service. The staff is friendly and professional, and even during busy hours, orders are handled efficiently. This location is especially convenient for shoppers and commuters, being just steps from the Pentagon City Metro station. Whether dining in or ordering through delivery apps like Uber Eats or Grubhub, it's a reliable spot for a delicious and quick meal.

asked for a glass of water and then I was standing in front of some soft drinks they have in a machine and I felt like trying them and the cashier came to tell me that that glass was for water, not for drinks. She didn't let me try it and started to hump me.
the staff rude and rushed us, they yelled at us to hurry and when we asked for certain things they ignored us and gave a dirty look
The food here is disgusting. Beans and steak over salted and dry, lettuce is brown, rice is also dried out and crunchy, etc. Even the cheese has a dusty / unfesh taste. I eat Chipotle often but was so put off from this place. It's a reason they have under 4 stars. I went before I saw the reviews. If you happen to see the reviews, please go to a different Chipotle or food place altogether.
I came here on my way to Reagan airport. I was pretty early for my flight on the day after Thanksgiving, so I came here to get a burrito bowl. I did chicken and steak, everything onit. Chipotle NEVER disappoints. Their food is tremendous. Did it take a while? Yes, because it was 2pm the day after Thanksgiving. But I was in/out in about 20 minutes. Food was delicious as always.
