I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this location. It was my first time visiting this particular branch, though I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations before. I tried to order a quesadilla, and the staff member gave me barely half a spoon of chicken. When I politely asked for a bit more, she refused and said, “No way Jose, you have to pay.” I explained that I’m a student and didn’t have extra money, and that the portion wasn’t enough to satisfy me—but she showed no empathy.
I then asked to speak to the manager, but he dismissed me and said he didn’t want to talk about it. I just want to warn others—there are plenty of better places to eat. Chipotle, you need to hold your staff accountable. This kind of service reflects poorly on your brand. Shame on this location.

The Chipotle at 1100 S Hayes St in Arlington, VA, located inside the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, offers a consistently satisfying experience with fresh ingredients, flavorful proteins, and quick service. The staff is friendly and professional, and even during busy hours, orders are handled efficiently. This location is especially convenient for shoppers and commuters, being just steps from the Pentagon City Metro station. Whether dining in or ordering through delivery apps like Uber Eats or Grubhub, it's a reliable spot for a delicious and quick meal.

asked for a glass of water and then I was standing in front of some soft drinks they have in a machine and I felt like trying them and the cashier came to tell me that that glass was for water, not for drinks. She didn't let me try it and started to hump me.
the staff rude and rushed us, they yelled at us to hurry and when we asked for certain things they ignored us and gave a dirty look
The food here is disgusting. Beans and steak over salted and dry, lettuce is brown, rice is also dried out and crunchy, etc. Even the cheese has a dusty / unfesh taste. I eat Chipotle often but was so put off from this place. It's a reason they have under 4 stars. I went before I saw the reviews. If you happen to see the reviews, please go to a different Chipotle or food place altogether.
I came here on my way to Reagan airport. I was pretty early for my flight on the day after Thanksgiving, so I came here to get a burrito bowl. I did chicken and steak, everything onit. Chipotle NEVER disappoints. Their food is tremendous. Did it take a while? Yes, because it was 2pm the day after Thanksgiving. But I was in/out in about 20 minutes. Food was delicious as always.
The workers are stingy with the food. The lady at the start is rude and replies with an attitude. The guy serving the drinks also has a really bad attitude, wish i could say there was better workers but there’s really only 2 other ladies who were sweet and understanding.
Too salty. Staff trained well to put small portions
Very rude unprofessional staff does not have the best customer service.

Chipotle is a great go to meal! Tasty and modifiable to healthy options.
The official open time on a Sunday is 11am but these ladies need till at least 11:15 to start taking orders. Awful customer service. They will literally ignore you for 15mins.
Great, consistent, flavorful burritos everytime!
