Trying to figure out why I was given a side of oil/grease in a small cup with my recent order from UberEats. My quesadilla was also missing 2 of the main ingredients.

I ask for a new bowl from the manager and she fed me that information.

I went about three days ago, and the crew there was a very bad crew. Last night, the crew was very nice and they served me well. I love chipotle because it tastes great and the food is awesome. I want to say, if you have a disposition and agreed to do a good job do it. Do not laugh about what customers look like and or what they are wearing, isn't their money equal to yours? This Chipotle at Glebe Road is a great place to eat. Hi and enjoy it
Headquarters needs to retrain store employees. It was basically too dirty. Looking at other comments, there were bugs in the food, food poisoning, and refrigerated ingredients (food ingredients) were just left in the kitchen. It's ridiculous that the staff didn't put it in the refrigerator because they were lazy or because they forgot. The employees' facial expressions are like those of people who really don't want to work but have no choice, and they say they'll give them roughly, so if you have any complaints, send them to the head office every day. lol
