I found this disgusting insect in my bowl; it's so gross it ruined my lunch and my whole day I tried to reach someone but everyone looked so busy I couldn't get in touch without any body I Don feel going to any chipotle anywhere it so sad l used to love it so much

Actually I really like Chipotle but I'm just not liking the portion they tend to give . The prices have gone up but the portions are smaller! The workers are told how much to give , take for example burrito bowls they always give A lot of rice but when it comes down to the toppings that's when everything seems to shrink you get small portions of beans especially the pinto's beans and the chicken or whatever meat you want it's like pulling teeth when you ask for extra! Oh you can get extra but you got to pay for that unbelievable! They make large portions to give but only give small portions! Get real workers it don't cost that much to add more when you got that much rice in the bowl just add more and don't give out those looks like really? Yeah really put more on the order and stop ripping off your customers!!!!!!!!! Give us a little more without the looks and charge!!!!!!! It's not all that and clean as you go!!!! Is that too much to ask for!!!!!!!

I placed a $60 online order - 2 burrito bowls and 2 bags of chips. The only thing they got correct out of the whole order was one bag of chips. The burrito bowls were entirely wrong and we were missing a bag of chips. I expected a full refund because both the bowls had stuff we don’t like or can’t eat mixed in so we had to throw the whole thing away. I was given a $27 refund for their mistake. I will not be returning.**edit to add this order was placed directly through the chipotle website and not a third party app. And I did not include the $15 tip I lost for the delivery (total order was $75!).

The two women were extremely rude…15 minutes before closing and they didn’t acknowledge the fact that customers were standing there. One worker continued online orders until they were all complete and then asked if we needed help(no just like watching you work) very very rude.

Looked at the website and saw that they offered military discounts. Once I went in-person, I asked if they have them, they said no. Chipotle, please don't false advertise that you offer something that you don't have. Now I have a different feeling when coming here.

This chipotle is in the mall which gets a 1 star deduction for making walk through my living Hell. Service was relatively quick, food was good. Worth checking out. Park towards the middle of the parking garage and walk to lower level in food court.

This is probably the best Chipotle I've ever tasted. The queso has pepper flavor other than just cheese, the chips salted perfectly and the portion size is generous.
I order on the mobile app and I got there 15 mins early and they would not make it for me even though i even went through the line also chips are gross and stale found some type of meat in my caso

Hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes they skimp out a bit as usual, and others hook you up. Generally giving a slightly lower rating because I've noticed they tend to be out of at least one or two ingredients every time I am there. Service has been fairly good / consistent to the typical Chipotle experience

The worker put half a spoonful of chicken in my bowl. It was a very tiny amount. It wasn’t a even proportion, then when I asked for more chicken she put only a tiny bit more. I had to ask for more again. I was charged $3 extra. There wasn’t even amounts of toppings.
