I constantly purchase my bowl from this chipotle and I will say this, there is no consistency with their rice preparation. Sometimes the rice is well cooked, sometimes overcooked and sometimes undercooked. However my biggest issue was with their burrito preparation cleanliness. For the first time ever i decided to go ahead and get a burrito instead of my usual bowl and i ended up being sick for a week. My tortilla was placed at the top of the silver foil that did not cover the entire burrito to the extent that when the server was sliding the foil to the next entree, the uncovered part of the tortilla was touching the surface that was dirty with spills of cream, beans etc. I paid as I did not wish to waste the food. However that will be my last purchase of burrito from chipotle.
Lastly, i did ask the server to add more rice and meat cause what was placed was not enough and i was okay to pay extra if they were to charge me more (which i did pay extra for meat) but then she gave an attitude and she started speaking and commenting on my request to the lady at the register by the name of Marcela. Funny thing with my B1 Spanish certificate level I understood their chit chat and because I was already fed up with the fact that the uncovered tortilla portion was in contact with the dirty surface, I just wanted to pay and leave. Plus I was tired and hungry. (Posting this late because one, I was sick and two, I needed to make sure I have the time to be able to write down everything without any rush and pressure)

Fresh chipotle! Got the seasonal sweet hot honey chicken in my bowl and that was sooooo good! My bowl was packed! I enjoyed my bowl so much I had enough for later too. I had a sparking water on the side for some fizz. I really like this location.

My last two orders have had undercooked rice and the chicken is way fattier than normal…was so bad I had to through it out a few bites in…might have to find a new chipotle :(
This location is great—the food has never disappointed and the portion sizes are big. Never had any issues.

My doordasher brought me the wrong order and told me to contact the store and I called but of course they have a robot that didn’t do anything I called DoorDash and they said nothing chipotle sucks!

This chipotle has been the worst one i have ever been too the service ever they gave me such little chicken when i didn't even ask for chicken i asked for steak and it was an hour before closing there was no reason for them To have no steak also they charged me a side of rice even tho i did not get any rice in my bowl. Never coming back here would not recommend.
This has got to be one of the most amazingly staffed chipotles that I have ever been into.the manager is nothing short of amazing and has always accommodate my order. I’m an adult who can’t eat more than a child size Meal And he has never made me feel small for it. Great staff great food

As a person who has a ran a similar sized restaurant, this was awful service for a first time customer. I'd never been in a chipotle before and I asked what the toppings were and they took my food to a different station and returned with it fully covered in whatever the 3 toppings were. When I told the server that I didn't ask for them they got upset and demanded rudely if I still wanted the food. I told them I didn't know if I wanted it because I didn't even know what it was in the first place. The short middle aged woman there rolled her eyes and kept demanding if I wanted the food. She somehow didn't understand the concept of me wanting to know what I put on my burrito.
This makes me not want to ever return to a chipotle ever again.
I still don't know what is even on the burrito. I was here around 730 on Nov 21st

Order from this location today on the app 30 mins before arriving to this location. My mother was picking up my order due to my broken foot. A man with a beard working at the pick up station was rude and a bit racist to my mother, she’s Hispanic was making fun of her English and talking about how my order was not paid meanwhile I order online. Was approached with an attitude when I arrive to the area and to find out my order was in their system but they had not made my order. There wasn’t that many customers so I asked to be refunded due to the attitude and bad customer service I received at this location. Would not recommend at all.
