Manager has a very “not my job” mentality.
The service was unbelievably fast and the food was delicious! I’ve been to many different chipotle’s with a group of 20 people and this was the most efficient by far
On 3/31/2025 at 10pm bro made a hole in the middle of my side tortilla and thought it was the funniest thing ever. He had perverted evil intentions to say the least.
The portion of meat is insanely small almost nonexistent! Run away to a different location! Out of every chipotle location I’ve ever gone to this is by far the worst location! I would say avoid this location at all cost it is not worth it unless you want to get scammed.
The woman helping me gave the littlest portion of chicken I have ever seen. I asked for a little bit more and I got charged 5$ for extra meat even though it was a normal portion of meat compared to other locations. Service was also bad. Cashier was rude.
Best in the area! Managers are personable, and staff friendly and attentive. Not to mention how fast they are!
I went today Sunday The place was not very full, the woman in charge of the place Maybe the manager, because she was the one handling the cash register, started serving you in such a fast and annoying manner that you didn't have time to choose anything. They are also serving very little protein. The Burrito is literally just rice and beans. Very poor service and terrible customer service.

I got food poisoning from this store after eating a chicken bowl on 12/9/24.
I also had to wait at the register for 5+ minutes because the employee didn’t know how to work the register, thought the guy in front of me hadn’t paid and chased him down to come back.

I usually order from this location about once a week because it's close to my work and it's always tasty. However, I have had several issues with my orders at this particular store. First, my online order was stolen multiple times from the pick up area. They always make me a new one, but it's a little inconvenient and I don't really remember anyone apologizing that it happened or for having me wait another 5 minutes. It does seem, however, like they have done away with the pick up "shelf" and instead you have to ask for your bag, which will hopefully eliminate the problem.
Another issue is that I placed an order (October 2) and the black beans were VERY undercooked (tasted like black beans out of a can before you cook them). This is not safe to eat. I had already mixed them in the bowl, so it was hard/annoying to pick around the beans to eat the rest. I was already back at work and didn't have time to go back to the store to get a new order, so I decided to call. You cannot call/talk to anyone at the store or leave a message. You are only given an option to make an online support request. I have submitted two "forms" and have not been contacted online or by phone about this order.
Today I placed an order and had planned on talking to a manager at the store, but understandably they were all very busy during the lunch rush. I decided to forget about it and move it. Now, as I'm eating my order, my side tortilla is very hard (I'm fairly certain this is because it was over-pressed in the comal), and the amount of the new smoked brisket is just pitiful - much less than I ever get with the chicken. I think I counted 9 cubes of meat.
Overall, I'm disappointed with this location. It is convenient, and the service is fast, but the food quality and responsiveness to the customer have been subpar.

Wow, the reduction in the amount of meat/protein included in each item is REALLY noticeable. It's getting worse and worse.
Tonight our entire family noticed it. Very disappointing.
With all the other good food options in the area, this Chipotle risks losing its customers, along with its missing meat!
