I got food poisoning from this store after eating a chicken bowl on 12/9/24.
I also had to wait at the register for 5+ minutes because the employee didn’t know how to work the register, thought the guy in front of me hadn’t paid and chased him down to come back.

This chipotle actually gives decent portions
I usually order from this location about once a week because it's close to my work and it's always tasty. However, I have had several issues with my orders at this particular store. First, my online order was stolen multiple times from the pick up area. They always make me a new one, but it's a little inconvenient and I don't really remember anyone apologizing that it happened or for having me wait another 5 minutes. It does seem, however, like they have done away with the pick up "shelf" and instead you have to ask for your bag, which will hopefully eliminate the problem.
Another issue is that I placed an order (October 2) and the black beans were VERY undercooked (tasted like black beans out of a can before you cook them). This is not safe to eat. I had already mixed them in the bowl, so it was hard/annoying to pick around the beans to eat the rest. I was already back at work and didn't have time to go back to the store to get a new order, so I decided to call. You cannot call/talk to anyone at the store or leave a message. You are only given an option to make an online support request. I have submitted two "forms" and have not been contacted online or by phone about this order.
Today I placed an order and had planned on talking to a manager at the store, but understandably they were all very busy during the lunch rush. I decided to forget about it and move it. Now, as I'm eating my order, my side tortilla is very hard (I'm fairly certain this is because it was over-pressed in the comal), and the amount of the new smoked brisket is just pitiful - much less than I ever get with the chicken. I think I counted 9 cubes of meat.
Overall, I'm disappointed with this location. It is convenient, and the service is fast, but the food quality and responsiveness to the customer have been subpar.

Wow, the reduction in the amount of meat/protein included in each item is REALLY noticeable. It's getting worse and worse.
Tonight our entire family noticed it. Very disappointing.
With all the other good food options in the area, this Chipotle risks losing its customers, along with its missing meat!

Pick up horses are routinely incorrect and messy. The responses a weak and simple. For example when they leave something out of you order and you contact them, they give you a free replacement with an expiration date.... Basically they sort of give you what you already paid for but you have to visit their restaurant again before it expires to get what you already paid for ..... ???.

Easily the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I show up for my mobile order, which I bought a soda with, but the machine is out of coke and ice. The workers refused to fill up the machine so I asked for a Mexican coke in a bottle. This is 25 cents more than the soda cup. The workers just stare blankly at me saying they “cant do nothing.” Avoid this place at all costs, no matter how much you love chipotle.

I don’t understand why service is rushed when no one is behind me in the line, except may they don’t want to leave time for the customer to actually comment on how smaller the portions are getting. I hate chipotle corporation for ruining what made them successful in the first place. It will come to bite.

Watch out for the tall guy with rectangle glasses, he’s never very nice or polite, borderline rude. I love this Chipotle. They serve good portions and most of the staff are very nice.
