Consistently great. Healthy ingredients. Enormous portion. I get 3 meals from one bowl. All of the protein options are delicious, and get the brown rice. It's better for you and you won't notice the difference.

I really try not to leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Chipotle on December 9th was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be shared. I’ve been coming to this location for about two years, and now I’m honestly hesitant to return.

When I reached the front of the line, the female employee helping me was unfriendly from the start. There was no meat left on the line, so I asked if carne asada or any other meat would be ready soon. Even though I could clearly see another employee cooking and moving meat behind her, she told me “no” to everything without checking. I even pointed toward the pickup-order station where they often keep extra ingredients, and she still said “no” without looking. I ended up settling for chicken simply because I didn’t have time to go elsewhere.

She barely filled my bowl, and things continued downhill. The cashier walked away to help the person behind me, leaving me standing there through her entire order while the original employee just wiped counters and chatted. When the cashier finally returned, he didn’t apologize and handled my food so roughly that he dented the tray before tossing it into a bag.

This was the worst service I’ve received at any Chipotle, and judging by other reviews, it seems like a recurring issue with the evening staff at this location. I really hope management steps in and makes improvements.

They are rude and we got food poisoning from this location. We have had the same rude experience there as others have described. Last night my daughter was too afraid to go in and order because the lady working there is so rude to her, so she had her brother order for her. Now fast forward early this morning and my daughter got sick with food poisoning from chipotle.

I went there on Sunday night around 7:30 and ordered three bowls and one burrito. The lady helping us was extremely rude from the start and had a bad attitude. When we asked for veggies, she said they didn’t have any left. I asked for just a little bit of hot sauce, and she dumped a full spoon of it on my bowl.

She looked at me with such anger, and the whole interaction felt very uncomfortable. The staff seemed irritated and unprofessional, and they didn’t have many ingredients available. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be going back.

Rudest experience for absolutely no reason. The cashier was extremely rude when I scanned my rewards card. He gave a me a dirty look, threw up his hands, rolled his eyes and then flipped the screen over to show that he was putting in a gift card number. Literally didn’t say a word just acted completely passive aggressive and unprofessional.

The portion of meat is insanely small almost nonexistent! Run away to a different location! Out of every chipotle location I’ve ever gone to this is by far the worst location! I would say avoid this location at all cost it is not worth it unless you want to get scammed.
