Watch out for the tall guy with rectangle glasses, he’s never very nice or polite, borderline rude. I love this Chipotle. They serve good portions and most of the staff are very nice.

Serving size has been steadily declining at chipotle over the years while price has been going up. I was just charged 12 dollars for a fist sized burrito. Don't bother, Chipotle is junk now.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Chipotle and their team for making large orders a breeze. Their box system made it so easy to pick up and distribute food to my team. And it kept all the food in place, and nothing was smashed in the process of transporting the items back to the production set.

They forgot about my online order and had to make it. I ordered and paid for a bag of chips and salsa. They gave me a tiny bag of stale cold chips that I assume come with a kids meal.

Its a normal chipotle but be warned they turn off all grills at 8pm and then serve leftovers until close at 11 or just tell you they ran out of ingredients.

Come here often and while it has gone downhill the last few years, it is usually ok. Today, the manager (he announced himself) seemed to freak out loudly at a customer who asked for some salsa on the side. It didn't seem like a big ask to me, but the manager seemed to have a bee in his bonnet about it, repeatedly accusing the guy of trying to get something for nothing and threatening to charge him for "extra" salsa. Not sure what the manager's issue was since even in their own app Chipotle doesn't charge for salsa on the side or even extra. Manager's reaction seemed outsized, petty, and wildly unprofessional. Manager was pulling out the guy's food, inspecting the order seemingly to see if it had any salsa already on it and I guess decide if the guy deserved salsa on the side?Hilariously, manager then tried to school the guy on how he should have ordered salsa on the side in the Doordash app--and was instead schooled himself when he insisted on walking the guy through the app like a child, but then couldn't figure out how to actually do it. Sounded like there was some kind of app setup problem for this store. Manager didn't say much after that--and noticeably, didn't hear him apologize. Customer service here tends to be pretty lackluster compared to other Chipotles I've been to, but this manager's service/behavior brought it to a new low IMO.

I was already in Arlington and zi searched this place and got directions to this location. I arrived somewhat early at around 11:30am and still there was a line of about 8 people! The e line moved quickly however, and soon enough I ordered one of my favorites the chicken bowl. For the ingredients I selected brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese, lettuce and spur cream. The employee who prepared my bowl provided generous portions and the next task was trying to find a nice place to sit. The lack of searing is where zi would give this place low marks. The few tables that they do have are next to the long line of people who are waiting to order. There were a couple of nice tables outside, but it was somewhat chilly to sit outside. I ate my bowl in the car!

I looked this place up online and I came here because it was the location that was closest to me. It was not quite noon and there were 8 - 9 people in line waiting to place their orders. The line moved rather quickly and I was able to place my order. I went for the chicken bowl because it's one of my three favorites. For the ingredients I selected brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese, lettuce, and spur cream- in that order. The portions were generous and the bowl itself was just great! However it was a challenge to find a nice place to sit. The few tables that they do have inside are situated next to the line where people are standing to place their orders. That didn't seem ideal to me. The patio is nice with about 5 tables out there. Unfortunately the day turned cloudy with a nice chilly breeze, so I didn't want to sit out there either. I ended up eating my chicken bowl in the car!

Have fun waiting 20 minutes to be greeted & order your food. I go here on a daily basis because I like the food, and it fuels me for the amount of training/working out I do. I'm very consistent. Everything else is garbage. The manager German Reyes is more worried about skimping your bowl then smiling at-least once. He see's me daily and always look angry. You should see the way he talks to his staff. He is the WORST manager I've ever met at a Chipotle. I'm not exaggerating. This is coming from one someone who comes from over 5 years of experience in the restaurant/service industry. It's almost laughable how much chipotle I buy and you'd think I'd be treated better. There is only one shorter Hispanic lady who consistently asks how I'm doing at night. She deserves a raise and to be promoted, seriously. The ambiance matches any other Chipotle. Corporate really needs to crack down and do something. I'd also love to be contacted by upper level management to talk. Lastly, this is the 1st and longest review I've ever written.
