This evening, I visited Chopt and the food was outstanding. I’ve always loved getting a wrap ever since I was a kid, but today this wrap hit on a whole different level—far beyond what I expected. Of course, it was fully customized, because that’s the only right way to do it. The customer service I received from the young lady, Autumn, was phenomenal. She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and helped me choose the perfect wrap that matched my flavor style. Her energy and attention truly lifted my mood. Overall, I truly appreciate Chopt and Autumn for providing one of the best fast-casual dining interactions I’ve had in a long time.

It was my first time coming to such a place, so I was kinda puzzled by the amount of choices on the menu. But the girl at the front Autumn was very pleasant towards me, she helped me narrow down my choices and the salad was actually good. We even had a nice conversation.

Really good options and flavors. I really like the lemon crush bowl. I'd remove radish and almonds and add an egg, crispy shallots, and edamame. Lemon sauce the first choice, and Cali goddess for the base sauce choice.

S/O to Hennessy for the TOP TIER customer service(literally), most places the chopt employees make it clear how much they hate their jobs. I wish I was joking on that. I have to hand it to her. Decided to cross the bridge to the VA side for the first time.
The service is great, the salads are always fresh and delicious. There is a variety of healthy options at an affordable price, PLEASE BRING BACK CHIPOTLE CHICKEN!!

This franchise is outstandingly amazing! Managers Elsa, Kevin, & V are all excellent individuals who take the time to acknowledge their guests and make sure they have a quality experience. As well, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help out when need be by suggesting fast selling menu items or one of their favorite proteins. Needless to say if you are looking for a home style nutritional meal, this location will be happy take care of you!!
