I’m pleasantly surprised with the quantity and quality of the food for the value here. The salads are huge. I’d definitely come here again!

Tasty, quick and healthy. A good change from usual fast food. Salads were ready in about 6 minutes.

The food is still decent but since they have changed the ordering model it’s terrible service. I actually enjoyed seeing my food made in front of me and not through a whole in the wall and a pickup shelf. This contactless ordering is just *sigh not what I expected the future of food service to be. I feel like this is done to cut labor costs not because they actually want to improve service. Less people in the building more money in corporate pockets.

Ugly customer service .

The food is good but the employees are slow to make food and have an attitude. I waited 10 extra minutes after I got my text that the food was ready for the employee to bag my salad and put it on the shelf. When I asked if the food was ready the response was “I didn’t put it up yet”I’m not tipping for you to make a salad when there’s a sweetgreen across the street that makes the same dish faster, friendlier, and without the option to tip.

Very expensive, impersonal cold atmosphere, and inadequate staffing that results in long wait times. The shift to automated ordering and no contact with the salad makers results in orders not accurately executed. No human contact ... no thanks.

The atmosphere is really nice, after the recent renovations. It's a smaller shop that is more catered to mobile orders. They can out of bread by 7pm, they close at 8pm.

Dont go to this chopt! Just spent the whole night with my family member who had a bad allergic reaction after telling the store about his allergies. They obviously must not properly prevent cross contamination. Really horrible coming from a large establishment. Reporting to health department. It was the chopt on north lynn street

Terrible. Waited for almost an hour for a to go bowl. They lost 4 orders while I was there. No one available to talk with customers.

Great salads, friendly staff, and might I say it looks really nice inside. This location is different from other locations. It's all digital. But, I kind of like it this way.

They don't even "chop" the salad anymore, they just throw your ingredient around in a bowl and call it a day. This used to be a unique and enjoyable salad experience, now it is just every other make your own salad place; but more expensive. $13 for a build your own salad with cheese, jalapenos, egg, chicken, and dressing; its just crazy.

The best location seriously. I love the way it is set up. The food is always great. Highly recommended

I am not sure why I got raw carrots and cold, not fully cooked veggies with my warm harvest bowl plus roasted veggies. Wishing I went to sweetgreen across the street. Workers were nice, place was clean, but eh.
