Didn’t have high hopes for a hotel restaurant, but their beyond burger is honestly the best one I’ve ever had. Fantastic. Fries good too. Got takeaway so I can’t speak to the service.
The lunch menu was incredibly small and limited so you’d think they would have no problems with their food hygiene practices. About 7 hours after eating here I was violently sick and I hadn’t even finished my chicken tenders with fries and ranch because it tasted lackluster. I went out to a local market to get some pepto after what I had thought was the end, but no, I ended up wretching into my cloth shopping bag in the middle of the market and peeing/pooping my pants. Needless to say after that rather vile and disgusting performance I hightailed it to the self check out to buy my pepto and trash my soiled bag that was so full it was dripping on the floor. No, I will never eat here again. The atmosphere and service was adequate F that noise.
Used during the day.
The store was quiet, and I stayed at the reception desk for a while.
A female staff member came out looking at me from above.
Even though the store was empty, I was seated next to a couple who were the only customers.
The lunch menu selection is small.
I order a salad.
The salad wasn't bad, but the chicken in my companion's chicken sandwich was very dry and didn't taste good.
American chicken dishes often have dry chicken.
For a long time, Hyatt Regency and Park Hyatt breakfasts used quinoa and many other healthy foods.
Nowadays it is generally known as a healthy food, but back then it was unknown.
Although it's not a food product, Asop has been used in rooms for a long time, and I think Hyatt was at the cutting edge.
But this time I'm a little disappointed.
So I didn't choose this place for breakfast.

The breakfast Buffett is outstanding. So many options to choose from. Omelet station and fresh waffles are in place. Many varieties of proteins as well. The server Hannah was great.

I had lunch here today. Quiet atmosphere for a Monday - which is no big deal. Staff was friendly, courteous and prompt. Service was good. Food was good and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The advocado toast was generously loaded with fresh advocado and hierloom grape tomatoes on top of nicely toasted sourdough bread. The coffee was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and prompt. The dining area was spacious and peaceful.

$25 for a breakfast is nasty work!
This restaurant located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency was pretty good for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet (with an omelette station!) had a lot of options and there along with a menu if you didn't want the buffet. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend eating here if you're staying in the hotel!

Surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. Buffet was clean, with plenty of selection including cooked to order omelets and eggs. All foods were clearly marked with allergens and sensitivities which I greatly appreciate. Terrific friendly service as well. I would eat here again.
Dietary restrictions: Foods are clearly marked with allergens, very much appreciated! Plenty of gluten free options.

Great location to the airport. We used the park and stay feature. Found everything to be a very positive experience. Had a drink and dinner at the bar and used the shuttle in the AM for the ride to the airport.
Pool was small for size of Hotel . They did have life guards on duty , everyday . Elevators slow at many times . Food was good , would have been nice to have cold water dispenser at check in , and opportunity to buy a newspaper .
I attended a very large convention. The Hyatt went out of their way to accommodate our 700+ attendees. Great: -Very clean hotel. -Housekeeping came every day to empty trash, replace fresh towels, coffee coffee cups and make the beds (this is unheard of since Covid). Many hotel have completely dropped housekeeping at this level. -Great restaurants in the hotel and across the street (The Market). All offered great food and service. -Great location because there are other restaurants nearby the hotel. -They texted everyone attending the convention to let us know if we had any issues. I had two small issues and they corrected them within 15 minutes. A bellman showed up at my door very quickly! Overall I would definitely stay here again because of the amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
Stayed for 13 nights, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel and banquet rooms were clean. Sleeping room and bathroom were clean and cleaned daily. My overall visit was a comfortable stay and would easily recommend the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.
Hotel is close to airport with good shuttle services. It is also close to points of interest such as National Mall and town of Alexandria. Staff are polite and helpful. Food choices are rather limited at hotel. Hotel is old, but clean.
