$25 for a breakfast is nasty work!

This restaurant located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency was pretty good for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet (with an omelette station!) had a lot of options and there along with a menu if you didn't want the buffet. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend eating here if you're staying in the hotel!

Fantastic vegan breakfast at Cinnibar. The sweet potato and greens bowl is shockingly flavorful and well balanced. Mine had spinach instead of kale, which made it even better. The salsa verde is very punchy so try it before going hard on pouring it but it adds the perfect acidity balance. Arguably the best hotel breakfast I've had in recent memory

Immediate service. It can get very busy and the 2 servers are member frazzled and top notch. The food is above average hotel food. They offer a grand buffet $25 including smoked salmon and omelets. My chicken sausage was well seasoned. It can be a lil pricey but normal g for a hotel in this location. Beautiful dining area and am open concept. Very open and very clean.

Surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. Buffet was clean, with plenty of selection including cooked to order omelets and eggs. All foods were clearly marked with allergens and sensitivities which I greatly appreciate. Terrific friendly service as well. I would eat here again.Dietary restrictions: Foods are clearly marked with allergens, very much appreciated! Plenty of gluten free options.

The over arching question I had was why they had only 2 servers for the entire restaurant... yet there were about 8 individuals in suits milling around seemingly unoccupied for the majority of the time - although every so often they brought food out. This misuse of staffing resources resulted in frustration and poor service. The food was cold, and despite asking multiple times for sauces... it came without sauces, and when we were told they would be back with them... that never happened. The food was fine albeit cold. When we asked for a spilt check our server Amal said yes, and then 15 minutes later she had made multiple trips out to deliver checks, and ours did not come. I had to go up to the front to ask for the check, where I was snapped at by one of the suited individuals and told to sit back down and wait which I did.Ultimately, Amal did the best she could, I feel bad for her Having management that worked her and one other individual so hard while there were multple unoccupied workers who should have been helping.

Great location to the airport. We used the park and stay feature. Found everything to be a very positive experience. Had a drink and dinner at the bar and used the shuttle in the AM for the ride to the airport.

Pool was small for size of Hotel . They did have life guards on duty , everyday . Elevators slow at many times . Food was good , would have been nice to have cold water dispenser at check in , and opportunity to buy a newspaper .

I attended a very large convention. The Hyatt went out of their way to accommodate our 700+ attendees. Great: -Very clean hotel. -Housekeeping came every day to empty trash, replace fresh towels, coffee coffee cups and make the beds (this is unheard of since Covid). Many hotel have completely dropped housekeeping at this level. -Great restaurants in the hotel and across the street (The Market). All offered great food and service. -Great location because there are other restaurants nearby the hotel. -They texted everyone attending the convention to let us know if we had any issues. I had two small issues and they corrected them within 15 minutes. A bellman showed up at my door very quickly! Overall I would definitely stay here again because of the amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Stayed for 13 nights, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel and banquet rooms were clean. Sleeping room and bathroom were clean and cleaned daily. My overall visit was a comfortable stay and would easily recommend the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.

Hotel is close to airport with good shuttle services. It is also close to points of interest such as National Mall and town of Alexandria. Staff are polite and helpful. Food choices are rather limited at hotel. Hotel is old, but clean.

Love the valet service, they couldn't have been more helpful! Check in was easy, also checking out! Staff was very helpful and could answer any of my question. For the convention it would have been helpful if we would have a map of the rooms where events were being held.

The best hotel experience I've had in a long while. Can't say enough kind things about the excellent staff. From the time we pulled into their lot, we were greeted by an attentive and effecicient valet team, to the folks behind the check-in desk, you were made to feel customer service was a high priority. Thank you.

Staff at this property is outstanding. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again. I had a corner king that had a connecting door to another room (locked). Sadly the people next door had a baby that was crying on and off all night during my week long stay. This is not the hotel's fault but I wish there was better sound insulation in that door area or locate guests with infants away from single traveling guests. The only other slightly downside was the Menu in the restaurant, it was quite limited in its offerings. But the food itself was great. Some of the best French fires I've ever had! A little pricey, but the quality and flavor is very worth it.

Breakfast at the hotel was great. Unfortunately I wouldn't expect top notch cocktails in the lobby bar or it to be pretty cool in the hotel itself. Most of the time, it was pretty balmy. Overall the staff was always super helpful.
