I was just hung up on by asking a question about a couple received and now they’re not answering the phone. Do not shop here they clearly do not care.

This is the second time so I have to make a review. I asked this lady to scan my reward, and again she told me her iPad wasn’t working and did NOTHING to solve the problem. She even told me to scan it myself, and it actually worked. I ask for a vanilla cold brew iced coffee, by the way, it was 12 PM and the machines were not ready with the coffee, and at the end, she made a caramel cold brew iced coffee. Worst Cinnabon place ever.UPDATE*** the manager reached to me, apologized, and gave me a fair coupon.

What can you say about Cinnabon really really not much. It's not like they sell a whole menu fill the stuff they sell Cinnabons and cinnamon like stuff. The service is always friendly sometimes a little confusing but always friendly. There's never that long of a wait. And always good Cinnabons good good good. I'm just going to say if you're hungry for a good Cinnabon go to Cinnabon.

I presented a coupon before ordering, and was told that it was expired. It definitely wasn't and I had to argue with the lady making buns to convince the shy cashier to accept my coupon. Buying a pastry really should be this stressful.

Long line and disrespectful staff didn’t even take my order and went to customer at the end of the line

It’s delicious but very limited options. I think they should get more chillattas especially considering they advertise.

I typically do not post reviews but I felt compelled to do so based on my experience with the counter staff person this past Saturday. There was a problem with the Chillatta my son received so we returned to the counter. The staff person at the counter (of course I did not get her name but she looked of Indian decent and it was about 1:30pm in the afternoon) was unwilling to compensate us with another drink or a refund and blatantly rolled her eyes at me TWICE! When all is said and done if I lose $6 on a drink I don't like so be it but I am a strong advocate of good customer service and eye rolling is not acceptable, especially if the customer is not meeting you with the same. So much craziness is happening for the silliest of reasons and those who work in service industries should rethink their career paths if they do not have the patience, capacity or maturity to deal with customer concerns. Her response to me made me feel very disrespected and bothered me enough to write a review. It is my hope that those in charge would take note of my concern and reiterate to the staff the need of customer care. My experience is only one but in any business aiming to be successful, even one unaddressed complaint is one too many.

I just had a shameful experience at the Pentagon City Cinnabon. I was the only customer waiting and I waited a few minutes to see if the two workers with their backs to the counter would turn around. I finally decided to get the attention of one of the workers to help me. She said sorry and asked how to help me. I asked for a Cinnabon. In the mean time another customer walked up and she served that customer before me. It was rude and I let her know it. I was told sorry, but I want to make sure that this doesn't happen to someone else. Educate your servers to watch the counter and to take customers in the order they approach the counter.

Churros, strawberry and cream chillatta, cookies, and their cinnamon buns are so delicious and fresh! Very tasty.

Person who works there was great, and very helpful. Unfortunately, there was only her, stuck doing everything all at once, so it took forever to get to the front of the line and then my buns weren’t gonna be ready because she had to bounce between the register, the online orders monitor, the prep station, the other prep station, the oven, the store room, and the packaging counter.Place would be fine if they would hire some more people. But they probably won’t. Cheaper to burn out good workers, replace them, and cover saying “No OnE wAnTs To WoRk”
