We ordered Karak tea but the tea was cold and lumpy, and the flavour sour suggesting that the milk had gone bad. The worker agreed after we took it to the counter.
We tried to flag down help but the waiters were slow and chatting by themselves.

More expensive than other similar arab coffee shops only to offer tasteless food and drinks and their signature rats running around in the outside patio area, every single time you visit, you’ll see rats running around right next to the seating area. They’re also always late with their service and sometimes forget that you ordered.
Cloud Lounge offers an absolutely amazing atmosphere — cozy, relaxing, and perfect for a night out. The service was top-notch, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The customer service really stood out, making the experience even better.
The hookah was smooth and flavorful, easily one of the best I’ve had, and the shawarma was delicious, seasoned just right, and cooked to perfection.
I highly recommend Cloud Lounge to anyone looking for great food, amazing hookah, and a welcoming environment. Definitely worth the visit!

Rats were swarming all over the place, which was disgusting and made it hard to even enjoy being there. The service was also unprofessional. One day I went with two friends and the waitress added her own tip to the bill before even handing me the tablet to pay, saying it was because there were more than two people. The day before, I had three people total and no one added anything. On top of that, the hookah didn’t seem to have much nicotine and wasn’t satisfying at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
