I always have a great experience at Cloud Lounge. The shisha is consistently smooth and high quality, and a lot of that is thanks to Safa. She really makes sure everything is done right and that guests are taken care of.
The food is also amazing! The shawarma is flavorful and fresh, and the rice pudding is my favorite and honestly exceptional.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is Safa’s hospitality. She goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and even makes sure they have sugar-free soda stocked, which I really appreciate. That level of attention and care makes the whole experience feel very welcoming.
Highly recommend if you want great shisha, great food, and service that makes you want to come back. I know it's the reason I do and have become a regular here.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was unpleasant and poorly prepared, but what shocked me the most was the lack of basic food hygiene.
When I passed near the kitchen, it was extremely dirty. I personally saw take-out orders being mixed with dine-in dishes that arrived dirty. Order tickets were placed directly on top of the food, which is unacceptable considering those tickets are handled constantly and contain chemicals from printing.
If you look at their menu photos, the food looks perfect, but the reality is very different. It honestly feels misleading. The dishes we received looked rushed and careless, as if made with no attention at all. The wraps were very low quality, the chips were the worst quality I’ve had, and the food arrived cold and unpleasant.
I feel bad writing this because one of the staff members was very kind and polite. However, I believe it’s important to share this experience so others are aware.
Also, do not rely on reservations. They took my information and even called the next day to confirm, but when I arrived, there was no table available. It appears to be first-come, first-served regardless of reservations.
Overall, this place needs serious improvement in hygiene, food quality, and organization.

Service was terrible, the lady that was taking care of our table wasn’t checking on us at all. We ordered 2 things and had to wait for almost 40 minutes for it to come. In the end we wanted to try a milkshake, that never came. Just giving a feedback so you work on it and get better.
