I’ve been on a search for a good Cuban Sandwich since moving up from FL. This one comes the closest. Also got the guava mimosa which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and answered my questions perfectly. Will be coming back.

The coffee seems to have stevia in it. Stevia.
Empanadas the crust is nice and flaky but the inside has the quality of a grocery store hot pocket. The pastry dough for the guava cream cheese is legit frozen puff pastry.
All in all, 2 cortaditos, empanadas and a pastry coated $35. The empanadas were about the size of my palm and I’m a smaller woman. If the quality were superb maybe it would be different, but I will not be coming back to this establishment.

One of my favorite quick bite places. The coffee, the cocktails, the food, comfort. The empanadas are a fave and the platter of 12 a win to have for a gathering. Feels like warm and home. One of the few places I’d grab coffee or a cocktail solo. Will always return

I wish I could give them zero stars. The sandwich I got to go there today had a piece of plastic/ glass in it. Thank god I noticed it before I swallowed it, but now I am wondering if I did have any other pieces of glass/ plastic in my sandwich I might have missed. Beware! Never again will I eat here.

The blue matcha was a unique drink but tasted more like ice cream/sweet milky flavor than anything earthy/tea. Inside was beautiful and they have a convenient kiosk to order by the door

A very nice little Cuban spot tucked away in Clarendon. Atmosphere is great and the food is cooked well & flavorful. The coffee is also excellent. My only complaint is that the portion sizes are too small - you will likely leave a bit hungry unless you are sub-100 lbs.

Spontaneously went here due to three of us getting tattoos at a shop next door & loved the vibe! It was comfortable, process for ordering was smooth, the food & drinks were delicious (hot chocolate, matcha, pastry, cookie, chorizo & egg wrap & empanadas (spinach & cheese, bacon, egg & cheese). The staff were friendly & helpful & the music added so much to my chill.

The food has gone way downhill as they’ve expanded and the value isn’t what is used to be. I ordered a crispy rice bowl and it was packed with spring lettuce mix with very little toppings (overly dry chicken, scoop of black beans, 2 cherry tomatoes sliced in half, scoop of chopped plantains, a 1/4 avocado sliced pretty and small pinch of cabbage. The whole bowl is stuffed with spring lettuce mix to make it look abundant, but it’s really very little food other than lettuce, and not nearly enough dressing to cover the lettuce so it tastes like something other than… lettuce. Very meh and not worth $22.
