I just ordered delivery, I paid for a create your own with 2 extra ingredients AND a waffle cone. And got the most disappointing cup of PLAIN ice cream with none of my extras. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I miss their ice cream so much.

The ice cream is soooo good omg sometimes the ac isn’t working and they just use the fan which is ok I guess but love the ice cream so obsessed

This review is for you, Cold Stone Creamery Franchise Owner and tonight's Manager.
My wife and I went on a walk, specifically to go get ice cream tonight on 3 July. As soon as we arrived, your workers were not friendly at all and it felt as if taking our order was the last thing they wanted to do tonight.
My wife ordered first and the kid (young boy) took her order and then was also working on the previous customers order, so by the time he got back to my wife's order, her ice cream was a melted slop he poured into a cup and served it as if nothing was wrong.
When we told him it was melted, he said that the spot where he worked the ice cream wasn't cold enough. Then why continue to work ice cream in that spot?
My order was taken by Chloe who was the least enthusiastic about working tonight and when she completed my order simply said "here."
I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was the worst customer experience I've had anywhere in this area.
Lastly, name tags were not worn by any of the three workers tonight and should be required so the customers can acknowledge them by name.
After I paid, we noticed their friends in line behind us already gossiping about what we are unsure, but their comments and your workers attitudes are the reason we will not return.
