Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback.
I really love this coffee shop — I always get my matcha latte here and it’s been one of my favorite spots for a while. But today, the service wasn’t great, and the matcha latte I got tasted off. It seemed like it was mostly 2% milk with barely any matcha, and the flavor just wasn’t right.
I normally wouldn’t say anything, but I paid around $8 for a drink I couldn’t even finish. I really hope this...

I love the coffee, and been a customer for a while. But my last purchase (5lb) skyline overlook was definitely not what I used to drink. When the time I was taking the bag to buy, it was warm, noticing it was in direct sunlight. I would suggest you guys to move coffees to avoid direct sunlight. My coffee now tastes abnormal, burnt, or like roasted few years ago.

Really cool atmosphere, they even sell the coffee by the bag. I love a great local coffee shop, especially when they also roast their own beans.
