For starters - I’ve been to this establishment at least 20 times and spent a good amount of money over the last year. I’d say 1 out of 5 visits I can expect a pleasant interaction with the cashier or baristas, otherwise they are cold, rude, and I’ve even had a cashier not even acknowledge me with words a few times. Cute shop and the baristas were lovely. I’m a bit particular with the sweetness of my drink, so I got a large peppermint latte half sweet (so 2 pumps) but that was actually not sweet enough so they gave me one more pump and it was perfect!
My wife and I had coffee with friends here on New Year’s eve. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but the quality of coffee was still fabulous. I had original latte and my wife had latte with oat milk. I could taste that beans were very fresh and coffee was rich but not bitter. The milk foam was very soft and felt like cloud sticking on my lips.
