The service and store are very Nice. The coffee is terrible. With the numerous coffee shops in the area I would of thought the coffee would of had a better flavor. Maybe it was the blend or how it was prepared, but it was a bitter flavorless coffee.

What the WHAT? I just tried to pay cash. The staffer said, “And is it OK that we don’t give you change, because we don’t normally accept cash.” What? NO!
I work nearby Compass coffee, so I visit here often! The place is really spacious and I would recommend this place!

Every time I come in here, the staff either ignores the customers all together, or makes my drink incorrectly. I usually order ahead, and the amount of times I walk in with 6 staff members standing around with no customers, having not even started on my drink, is insane. Why have so much staff if they do nothing?
Pink curly haired barista, didn't even bother to be polite, makes the entire experience low quality when you hire someone who has no social skills. Coffee and ambiance was nice so there's a star added for that
