Stopped here for breakfast, only to find out that this location is cleared out/empty and obviously permanently closed. Would have been nice to know before making the drive, since it’s my favorite breakfast spot. Instead, Google shows that it’s open, and even has the hours of operation and that they’re available for pick-up & delivery ?
Messed up my order I ask for small chai with a shot of espresso... they gave me a large cup of hot milk. I didn't catch the overcharge so FYI make sure they get your order correct. Sandwich was okay but I don't recommend the croissant.
Absolutely disgusting. This was supposed to be the Thai curry bowl with chicken... but there is no curry. It was literally white rice and hard chicken... right at lunch time. Are you kidding me right now? Sad you closed the 1700 Pennsylvania Ave NW location in DC... they were the best! I won’t be coming back.
The food is regularly well prepared and yummy, staff members provides fantastic customer service. I like how neat it is and ambience. Would recommend to others.
$8 for a barely decent bacon egg and cheese and a drink? no.
Stopped by to get a quick sandwich. Was disappointed in the quality of the food. I have eaten at Cosi many times before with always a good experience. I was extremely disappointed. Since COVID, the oven is not fired up. I ordered a TBM, simple sandwich to make. My sandwich was warm and the cheese was not melted, the bread was soggy and not crispy, the tomatos were spare. The employees were very friendly. Maybe after COVID, I will give it another shot.
Never have I only been able to only take 2 bites of a sandwich after not eating all day. Who puts wasabi on a Turkey bacon sandwich. My bowels quaked as I walked to another restaurant to find an edible meal. The Soup tasted as if a dead seagull was minced up and thrown in with this batch of lentils. I'm hoping that Google can suggest me an adequate place for a quick colon replacement clinic.
Food is really good here! Wish they had not closed the Columbia MD location. It's odd that their side choices are chips or carrots. So strange time.
I'm a regular so have eaten here for a decade and watched its slow slide downward. The selling point was always the in-house baked bread, bagels etc. The got rid of the bread making, along with the delicious smell of the fired oven baking bread. Then they stopped making their own bagels in-house and instead now buy these second rate bagels from a supplier. Up until recently if you joined the cosi club (frequent buyers program) you got a card and simply gave it to them to register your purchase. Now they stopped the card and you instead have to stand there and tell them your phone number each and every time you buy something, and some of the employees have difficulty with english, you sometimes have to repeat your number a couple of times. To underscore this continued decline in customer service...they've closed all COSI's in NOVA except the Rosslyn location. Too bad because they really had something going that was unique.
Cosi is a restaurant quite comparable to a Panera; reasonable prices for delicious sandwiches, flatbreads, and soups. Staff is friendly and the dining area is quite large in comparison with some of the other local diners of equivalence.

Found a hair in my soup.
Good old Cosi. Reliable, consistent, but at the same time, not very innovative.
Great place to collect your thoughts, grab a coffee and bite to eat , always great service and hospitality
Great soups on cold day!
Sandwiches are passable, coffee is mediocre (better than Dunkin but nowhere near craft coffee level). Good amount of space, restrooms, and WiFi.
