decent char chicken, it really is salty on the skin and not too flavorful with slice anywhere else but it’s enjoyable and has the char flavor good sides, the fried yuca done very well but they didn’t have water cups

I have been coming to Crisp & Juicy for over 10 Years. Best chicken I have ever had ….cooked to perfection! The seasoning is phenomenal! Once you get this chicken you will be hooked! The sides and sauces are always fresh and delicious!

🚩CHECK YOUR RECIPT!!! They overcharge you on purpose and act like it’s a mistake. The chicken is dry and not fresh. Day or 2 old. Only Carne asada sub is good but really expensive even if they don’t sneak in extra charges🚩

Ordered for pick up and for 50 bucks not worth it , little cups for sorry excuse for sides , chicken overcooked some parts and some parts pink . I took a chance after not coming here for a few years but I regret it greatly. It’s clearly for the people who want to spend a lot money for a little bit of food because they can . For the people who try to get a decent value for the food they’re getting STAY AWAY . The sauce wasn’t even hot . This restaurant cuts corners every chance they get, won’t be surprised if they close down .

The cost of the food is very high for what they serve. Sometimes the food is not well cooked and comes out raw or smoky. The employees look tense and scared because there are security cameras, and they say that the owners are always watching to make sure employees don’t give extra sauce or anything else. If you ask for any sauce, they give you a hard time and you have to pay $1.50 for it. I met the owners once and they are rude and arrogant. The place is not clean properly. Not returning!

The Peruvian chicken with the medium and hot sauces, the rice and beans, and the fried plantains (sweet) are unmatched. Really unique flavors. I’ve tried plenty of other Peruvian places here and in California, but crisp&juicy is still on top. We’ve been coming here for decades.
The place has no ambience, it’s basically a to-go shop.

I ordered my food and waited around 20 minutes for it to be ready, even letting other customers go ahead of me who paid with their credit cards without any issues. But the moment it was my turn to check out, I was suddenly told the card machine had gone down and asked if I had Zelle—which I don’t. After all that waiting, they refused to give me the food at all.
At the very least, they could’ve offered the meal since the payment issue wasn’t my fault and the machine died right when I tried to pay. I’ve since heard this has happened to others too, and unfortunately the customer service has really gone downhill. I left hungry and disappointed.
