Almost $19 for 2 breasts and 90 grams of rice, more overwhelming. Totally unpleasant atmosphere, I do not recommend it

Ordered lunch twice from here this week. What a shame, old fries & uncooked chicken- are y’all serving food from the day before ? It’s 12 o’clock - there’s no reason why food shouldn’t be fresh

Check your order at pickup. We ordered a whole chicken and only got a half and when I called I was told we had only ordered a half but I checked my order and they were wrong.

I've been eating from this crisp and juicy since I was a kid. It used to be a treat when my mom would bring home chicken from there. I still stop whenever possible. Great tasting chicken and very good chorizo sausage

The door says open at 11am. Every single time I came at 11am they put up the open sign but won’t unlock the door. Today the sign said open but the guy opened the door and said we don’t open until 1115. Ok, I waited until 1115am and went back and tried the door - it still said open but was also locked and the guy inside just stared at me. This place is ridiculous and I don’t get it; they don’t act like they want your business. Food is good though.

Be aware of the lady working as cashier. (Centroamérican woman), she tried to charge me more if I don’t ask about the total on my bill.Rice not cooked properly. The chicken and potatoes not bad. They sell Peruvian Chocken and they don’t have idea of Huacatay( traditional Peruvian chicken salsa) when I ask for something more of mayonnaise, I won’t come back to buy here.

I haven't been to Crisp and Juicy In along time because of other Peruvian chicken places in the area. However, I came in today and didn't find the lady at the register too friendly. I ordered a half chicken and was hoping for two yellow sauces and a spicy green. Unfortunately, only two sauces were given. They love enforcing the 65 cent rule for an extra sauce. God forbid. I always leave a couple dollars for a tip. However, with those rules forget it. Just stingy. When I got home I noticed my double order of Yucca was double fried and hard as a rock. No one in my family wanting any. Very disappointed

Dry chicken again this place is really hit or miss it’s a shame because it’s good when they do a good job unfortunately they rather sell customers old dry chicken from lunch time than eat the loss and make fresh chicken. I can tell just from looking at once I got home it would be dry. I have already complained once about this issue and feel bad doing it again but they clearly don’t feel bad about giving out dry chicken. I think going at lunch time is the only way of doing this place because if you go at dinner it’s more likely to be dry

So sad ! There’s this lady and man that are extremely rude. To be safe do not come here if you are black. She will be extremely rude to you. I’m not sure if they are having bad business and are slow but do not take it out on the people that supporting your business. I went in there and she raised her voice at me. I was extremely confused when all I did was wait for her to finish to tell her my order. This business won’t see me again, and from the other reviews I can tell they will be missing out because their food is lacking as well.

This place was solid ten years ago.Sadly, they do not quite hit the same. The chicken was lousy in size. Chicken was not as crisp and juicy as it used to be... the name of the restaurant alone is holding them back at this point. The main sell here is their sauces which are better than most other Pollo a la Brasa spots. Honestly, if this was down the street from me and it was the only spot I've ever had in my life then I would rate them higher, but they are competing with El Pollo Rico, Edy's, The Chicken Place, Sardi's, and even Super Pollo! The bar has been raised in the Peruvian chicken game and they def need to bounce back.

Meh. I mean I could just start and stop at them calling themselves Crisp & Juicy knowing good and well they’re not associated with that chain…the food was not crisp. Not juicy. Not fresh. Overpriced. The cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was looking for a Crisp & Juicy experience, not a wanna be knockoff experience. Won’t be back. Will have to make the trip to the chain restaurant. The REAL one. Smh

Consistently unfriendly service focused on the business not the customer. I go back on occasion bk the food is good and quick, but I avoid it if possible.
