Here from NC on business and needed some food. Maps suggested so I took a chance and boi was I glad to did.
Great recommendations while ordering! Bulgogi and a Tropical Sunrise Smoothie.
I don't always take pictures of my food. The smell coming from this plate compelled me like a moth to a flame!
If you're in the area, try them NOW!

We were looking for a late morning/early lunch after picking up our kiddos from Reagan National and Crystal Bowl popped up… it was DELICIOUS!
I got the Healthy wrap (lots of veggies and a light dressing that was perfect), my son got a bagel (that was perfectly toasted and loaded with ham, egg and cheese), my daughter the chicken pesto panini, and my hubby got tut VIP wrap… everyone was beyond satisfied and FULL!! The restaurant was so clean and the staff willing and ready to help with the order process! Great value for a perfect meal!!

The insane increase in price no longer makes it worth it. I'm not trying to pay 30 dollars for lunch.

Just ok. Expensive. $20 and some change for 2 pancakes, 1 egg, choice of meat, and home fries. UPDATE: Far too expensive. Now, $24 and some change after taxes for a breakfast platter. Ridiculous. There's cheaper platters in the Crystal City area. $21.63 for a breakfast burrito. 😆 Get lost.
As a bulgogi novice, I was in love with the food. Delicious and right level of seasoning for this spice adverse eater! Long line, but worth the wait. Located close th Hyatt Regency for a great conference break!

I'm staying at the Courtyard across the street, but the reviews for it's restaurant were lackluster, so I stepped over here to the Crystal Bowl. The family who runs this is super friendly, the pancake platter was big, my egg was cooked just right, and the coffee is decent. It's on the ground floor of the building.

Very nice spot for a lunch. We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff. The food was made fresh, highly recommend the wraps and rice dishes. We received a soup as well which was really nice to warm up. The soup was great as well. There was a bit of a wait since the food was made fresh but definitely worth it. The prices was really good for the portion size. I will be back again!

Food was great! Everything was well seasoned, high quality ingredients, and made fresh. I got a Korean-Iced Coffee too, which to me seems to be a version of instant coffee, but no complaints, it tasted good. Quite honestly the only negative thing I could say is that portions are fairly large, but you could grab a box, save it for later, or eat breakfast a little bit slower.

I'm so glad we stopped here! The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely and the two ladies we meet on staff were so friendly and helpful. The korean chicken was great and my husband liked his California wrap (which is high praise since he's hard to please.) Great smoothies and bubble tea as well.

The wrap was fine. Not very strong on flavours but appropriately priced and it felt clean on the stomach. Unfortunate that a Korean place ran out of rice. Mostly functions as a take out, but there are a few tables. Although seating is limited compared to the number of people queuing, many will take it to go. The staff is efficient.
Parking: Parking is across from the restaurant, 8$ an hour (as of mid november 2024)

I was visiting from our of town and thankfully this little gem was right near my hotel. An Italian sandwich is basically my all time favorite lunch meal and to be able to spot a local sandwich shop that is outside of the chains is always a treat. Crystal Bowl did not dissapoint. Great ambiance when you walk in. Nice and bright, no blaring music, well lit, very clean. There was a super friendly girl at the front who took my customized Italian Sandwich order with a smile. Grabbed some chips and water to enjoy while the sub got freshly made. The sandwich was perfectly sized, not enormous and not too small. Price was great too. My Italian came out exactly as ordered. The ingredients tasting super fresh, the Italian dressing was absolutely AMAZING, and the bread was light and fluffy

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The spicy chicken was extremely mild and bland. Like a 0/10 in spice. Very flavorless and nothing like spicy chicken in Korea. The California wrap was also very very bland. I couldn’t even finish it was that bad for me.
Parking is impossible there as well without having to pay $8 for the garage. Sadly, not worth it for me. Spent $40 for 2 entrees I didn’t like plus parking.

Nice little spot for a quick breakfast and lunch. I had the healthy wrap, soup, and mango smoothie—everything tasted fresh. Eunice was friendly.
I’ll surely visit again whenever I’m back in the town.
