Great burger custom made! Only negative was that it wasn’t very warm.
Overpriced burger to get a burger less tasty than McDonald's. I would rather recommend you another place for eating if you were at the Regan Airport.
Good food, but the staff were insufferable. I was trying to order, but my card kept declining and the staff member was getting rather pissy with me. Was overall frustrating.
Decent burger, basically a McDonald’s burger in terms of patty thickness and bun, and lots of topping choices. Unbelievably overpriced, even for the airport—down a star for value. I found a site for this place that was either another location or outdated, because the prices were half the current cost. They have some people over a barrel, stuck in the airport before a long flight.
Extremely bad burgers. I ordered the chicken burger, and it was horrific. The buns were cold, there was no sauce or salt and the chicken patty was like warm and tasteless.
It was awful. 2 bites and then tossed burger! Don’t spend a dime here!
You only order here because there are no better options.. the "food" is disgusting and overpriced. Better bring something from outside..

I had ordered a double burger at the airport but the food was not only tasteless but the manager was also poor in handling grievances . She needs customer handling training.

Disappointing, Even for Airport Food.
I wasn’t expecting much, but Custom Burger managed to fall even below my low expectations. The burger patty had the texture and taste of cardboard—completely flavorless and dry. It honestly took me back to school cafeteria days, and not in a nostalgic way. The fries were equally disappointing—stale, cold, and lacking any real crunch or freshness. To give you an idea, McD would be a major step up from this.
If you’re in a rush and desperate, maybe it’ll do, but otherwise, I’d recommend finding a different option. Custom Burger really missed the mark, even by airport food standards.

Do not give this place your $$, we all know the airport is expensive but you can still provide good service. Manager was rude and got upset after I told them their burger was given to me in 3 different pieces. SKIP this place, better off with the plane snacks.

Paid for extra bacon, did not receive extra bacon. Fries were limp and flavorless with no salt. Burger was dry and came with no sauce or veggies.

Come here many times. Idk why people leaving the low star on this burger place. It’s one of the best burgers that I have in the airports while flying over the world. The service might not the best but they’re friendly enough, price ok. Remember this is airport where a cookie cost you $10, their burgers start from $8 if I’m not wrong.
Staff don’t want to be there, ignore customers, annoyed by customers existence and generally just dismissive of the whole thing. Burgers were fair, fries were absolutely horrible. Cooked in old, old, old oil. Tasted like cardboard.
