A HUGE thank you to Tenvir at Domino's - last week we had a farewell for a colleague but we all eat at 10:55 AM. Dominos was one of the only places to deliver this early, and Tenvir helped me out when the website was changing our delivery time. I'm so grateful for the delicious and warm delivery, and Tenvir's communication and support throughout our order. :) The staff of a local school thanks you!

Everytime I get delivery it says it's delivered when the driver never delivered it. It's past 15 minutes and still nothing. I think it's a way to seem like they're quicker than they are. Been waiting over a hour for 1 pizza.

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza and was a little disappointed. The dough was noticeably soggy, and the pizza seemed undercooked overall. From what I observed, the place was extremely busy — it felt like they were prioritizing volume over quality, just trying to get pizzas out the door. Hoping it was just an off day, but I’d like to see more attention to bake time and consistency.

I placed an order for Domino’s delivery to Fort Myer, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The delivery driver was able to get on base but apparently couldn’t find my location. I assume my phone number was incorrect on my Domino’s account, which may have made it difficult for them to reach me.

When I realized there was an issue, I immediately called the store to get in contact with the driver. By the time someone answered, they informed me that the driver had already returned to the store with my order and would not be bringing it back. No attempt was made to resolve the situation or redeliver the food.

I then asked for a refund, and the employee said they would speak to the manager. However, while I was still on the line, I overheard what I assume was the manager being spoken to in another language. Suddenly, the employee hung up on me without providing any resolution.

This level of service is completely unprofessional. Not only was my order mishandled, but I was also dismissed without an explanation or a clear solution. I expect better from a well-known brand like Domino’s.

Please Don’t buy anything here!!! I decided to get my lunch at Domino’s Pizza !!! When I got my order the bread I bought was only put in the toaster and wasn’t cooked all the way and the people who work there are so nasty they didn’t wear gloves and scratched their head and the touch the people’s food.

I ordered online a large pizza, garlic knots and lava cakes. It came and I checked the receipt and it was correct, went into my apartment and the pizza was incorrect not only was it incorrect the entire cheese of the pizza was ripped off. Then when I opened the lava cakes they were all smushed into a huge ball! lol I mean seriously? You have ONE job……..

Terrible Experience with This Location: Lack of Professionalism and Efficiency

Last night, we had an awful experience with this establishment. We placed an order to celebrate a birthday, but everything went wrong from the very beginning. I called to place the order, provided my information, and was told it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. The store is only 0.5 miles away, but when we arrived, they told us there was no order under my name.
I called the same number again, and the person who answered asked me for an order number that I was never given. They said that if I didn’t have a number, it meant the order was never placed. We had to reorder the pizza, and since we were running out of time, we asked for it to be delivered instead.
From that point on, things got even worse:

• A long time passed, and the pizza still hadn’t arrived.

• We noticed a missed call and called back. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find the address and had left but would return in 10 minutes.

• Ten minutes passed, and when we called again, they hung up on us multiple times. When they finally answered, they said they were ā€œ3 minutes away.ā€ However, another 15 minutes passed, and they still hadn’t arrived.

• When we called again, it was clear from the background noise that the driver was still at the store before heading out to deliver.

When the driver finally arrived, he was rude and disrespectful. He accused us of giving him the wrong address (even though we showed him on the receipt that it was correct), to which he simply replied: ā€œOh, then they gave it to me wrong at the store.ā€ On top of that, he insulted us for not tipping him—even though the service had been terrible from start to finish.

This entire experience ruined our celebration: everyone was hungry and upset due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and efficiency. To make matters worse, when we finally received the pizza after 1 hour and 40 minutes, it was cold, had very few toppings, and was of poor quality. It was simply awful.

Do not waste your money at this place. The employees are incompetent and unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent, and the quality of their product is unacceptable.

The driver was very rude on the phone saying that we gave them the wrong address but he didn't notice that it was the store that got the address wrong and when he arrived he was very rude saying that we (customer) made him waste an hour it's funny but unprofessional and very bad service in the end he brought us an order that we no longer wanted, cold!!!!
