One of the best experiences I have ever had with not just a Domino's franchise, but of all pizza places I've ever visited. The employee Tanvir was incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting me kindly and asking how my day was. The pizza was cooked to perfection tasting just crispy enough on the crust, while also being delightfully cheesy and saucy. I would absolutely recommend to everyone if you want any pizza within Arlington, THIS is the place. Thank you Tanvir!

After I reported it, the manager personally called me to apologize and handled the situation so kindly and professionally. He offered me a free pizza to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. This particular location s...s. Once they gave me a pizza quarter of which was not there, literally no crust just cheese and I didn't complain. And today it took two hours to get a cold pizza. Domino's was an emergency choice. From now on no more Dominos.

This is place is terrible. When we got there we had to wait for several minutes for someone to come and take our order. A man came, and began taking our order and typing into the comupter. The thing is, the man didnt have gloves on and had flour all over his hands. We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 boxes of wings (all where 8 peice). Then we where told that we would wait up to 15 minutes. We ended up waiting 45 minutes! We actualy had to ask for them for our order as the didnt call it out. When we checked our order we saw it was missing a whole box of wings. When we noticed we began calling out to the people in the kitchen, becasue yet agian there was no one at the counter. The people came and said they didnt actually put the wings in the order, despite us clearly telling them. We had to wait another 8 minutes for them to finnaly give us our wings. We went home to eat and saw that one of the pizzas wasn't even the type we ordered and didnt have pineapple on it (We had asked for pineapple on that pizza). I admit we should have check before leaving, but still.
