The delivery went to the wrong address didn’t pick up their phone and when we contacted customer service the person on the phone was rude and yelled at us. Didn’t and wouldn’t fix the situation for us and blamed us for the driver arriving at the wrong location.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app said my order was delivered but it was no where in sight. I called the store 4 times and no one answered. I had to finally go to the store. The employees were clueless and I was forced to wait 30mins for a manager.

Pizza from this specific location makes my inner child cry, the pizza is always terrible. No ration or care. There's like 1tbsp of sauce on the pizza, they didn't put any garlic on the crust and just enough cheese. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat at this location.

One of the worst service ever. The delivery person ‘Shahidul’ from this location is very rude, doesn’t follow the delivery instructions. This location is close to my house but this delivery person makes it a nightmare to order from here.

Do not order here. The delivery driver was very hostile when he did not receive a tip. He told me next time I have to order via pick-up at the store and get it myself. The next morning I found the receipt I handed the driver balled up on the ground. The food was cold when it arrived and almost an hour late even though it said delivered when it was not yet received.

do not order here. i always get my orders incorrect. Order will say delivered but is not. and i have to call multiple times. and once i finally get it.. it’s wrong. when i try to call and inform them, they never pick up purposely. so here i am missing out and losing money because i didn’t get the extra items i paid for.
