It's baffling how someone with such a fundamental language barrier could be placed in a managerial position. This not only reflects poorly on Domino's Pizza as a company but also raises questions about their hiring and training practices.Customers deserve a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, which includes clear communication and efficient service. With a manager who struggles to communicate effectively in English, it's difficult to trust that Domino's can consistently deliver on these basic expectations. Until this issue is addressed and resolved, I'd caution anyone against relying on this Domino's location for their pizza needs.

I must say, my recent experience at Domino's left a bad taste in my mouth, and it's not just because of the pizza. Witnessing an employee getting fired was the cherry on top of this disaster. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed were truly astounding. Not only did it disrupt the entire atmosphere, but it also made me question the management's ability to handle situations discreetly and respectfully. It was like watching a reality TV show unfold right before my eyes, except instead of drama, there was just a sad sense of embarrassment for everyone involved. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered for pickup. Pizza was exactly as expected, service was solid. Easy parking as long as they're not super busy.

The "live" tracker on the website is not accurate at all - the estimated time for my order was 20-30 minutes when I placed the order. My order was ready for pickup 1 hour later. The text updates are helpful and accurate, just use that and get rid of the "live tracker". The food was mediocre - 2 slices on the pizza had no crust and the chicken wings were barely baked, skin was not crispy and there was a lot of fat on the meat.

(Delivery) Pizza took 20 minutes to cook. (Thats ok they were busy.) Left right out the door after completed. (Nice, getting really hungry now. I only live 10 minutes from the shop. ) Now in all my frustration, I watch my pizza drive around on their tracker for not 10, not, 20, not 30, not even 40 but 45 minutes!!!! Now that really ticked me off. I had already put a generous tip on my bill. So over an hour later my food arrives. First, no more delivery for me. Second, my pro tip is not to pay a tip UNTIL YOUR ORDER ARRIVES! and then Tip accordingly.

Our organization regularly orders large quantities of pizza from this store. Ashok, our contact person, has been courteous and reliable. The pizzas are always delivered hot to our door.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and responsive. The store provided a replacement pizza when I mistakenly believed that our order had not been delivered. The order had in fact been delivered but the store nevertheless promptly addressed our concern.

Despite a mistake in our order, the Domino's Pizza location impressed us with their prompt resolution – they provided a free additional pizza. It's not a sit-down spot, but their efforts to make things right were appreciated.

Full disclosure, I love dominos as my go-to chain pizza delivery. I can say without a doubt that this was by far the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. The pizza tasted bad and it was so undercooked. It's like their frozen dough didn't thaw out enough and they took it out of the oven 10 minutes too soon. Most of it went straight into the trash. To top it off, they also got my sandwich order wrong. If you're craving dominos, avoid this store at all costs and order from a different location.

If you don't pay them a tip, they make you leave the store with a bad feeling. Discourteous staff. My first and last time at this store.

I bought a speciality pizza with a promotion coupon, the total was $16.40 … a 20% tip is $3.28 … 30% $4.92 so I choose the custom option for $5 which I selected online since 20% didn’t seem like enough. After I placed the order, I watched the driver on the interactive map pass my house three times and after a hour it was finally delivered cold. The driver said “because your tip sucked, enjoy your cold pizza”. What was he expecting 80% tip? Dominos pizza has lost control of their franchises, it’s a mess with nearly all restaurant locations with negative ratings. If you’re in Arlington, just order from Lost Dog… they appreciate your business.

Honestly just enjoyed watching the team in the store. They run a tight ship. And loved the $4 pizza deal today!

Ordered a 4.00 slice got charged 34.82 the next day, apparently they like to save credit card information and scam their patrons!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEWalked in there and witnessed employee making my food with no gloves on (or without washing hands at the very least) immediately after sweeping the floor. He told me he was not allowed to sanitize or wear gloves. When I asked for a refund, he refused until I said I would call the police.
