I hate that this is the closest domino’s to me because I love domino’s pizza but my order I never good and the customer service is always horrible from this location. They’ve gotten a little better with the delivery but my pizza is always dry, cold, cheese never googey melted but dry and hard. Normally day old pizza heated in the oven is amazing but pizza from this location only last a few hrs. The next day and you might as well just throw it away. I don’t know what they do in their location but it’s horrible EVERY TIME!

I’m no longer ordering from this location. The driver refuses to deliver to the correct location, marks your pizza as delivered and leaves but never drops it off. Happened twice and each time I called the store, I’m told that they tried to call me and I should come down to meet them. I never received a single call from dominos. I finally called to cancel after waiting 2 hours for pizza

The drivers refuse to deliver to your door. I pay for delivery so I don’t have to leave. Why would I pay you so I can walk to you and get my delivery. Poor service, dirty drivers, worst attitudes I have seen from delivery.

OMG this store. Where do I start? Incident #1. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. It arrived with no sauce (this is definitely new if it’s not wrong). I called and politely inquired, and the guy was immediately combative, and insisted that that’s the way it comes and sauce is extra. It tasted like dry cheese bread. Ultimately, was disappointed, but if that’s how it comes now, fine, just won’t order it again.
Incident #2. In a totally unrelated event, yet the day after the incident above, two pizzas arrived at our door. It was delivered by mistake to us, while it had our address on the receipt, it was a different name (sorry Amber M.). I called the store and informed them Amber is probably missing her pizza, and they told me just to keep the pizza and they’ll handle it. Great! Nope. A few moments later, the delivery guy showed up very upset at our door and aggressively demanding the pizza back, through our ring. I explained everything, but he demanded we come down and talk to him face to face. I refused and hung up, but he stood menacingly in our yard until I called the store and told them their driver was harassing up, then we saw him answer the phone and leave. No apology from the store or anything, I filed a complaint with corporate (presumably) last weekend but haven’t heard back.
What is going on with this store?? What is happening to Dominos?
Meal is too cold because delivery guys running late always.

You'd think the toppings come out of the employees paychecks with how sparse they are. I get it, it's Dominos and it's cheap but this might be the stingiest Dominos I've ever ordered from. Pizza was also on the verge of being too undercooked to eat.

I am complicated, jump from subject to subject, and hard to please at times You should know that this emotionally intelligent and patient man was not only capable of dealing with my idiosyncrasies, but was more than willing to help me out.I'm just 1 customer, but you know more than anyone that 'drops fill buckets'. To that end, I was so impressed with this esteemed gentleman, that I couldn't help but write to you and share my experience with him and recommend this store to others because of this superstar.
If he can ably accommodate me, I would be hard-pressed to suggest any human alive that he couldn't accommodate.
