Very disappointing experience, once again. I ordered pizzas with garlic Parmesan sauce, but they were delivered with Alfredo sauce, and the pizza was also undercooked. What’s most frustrating is that I called when placing the order to make sure the instructions were followed, because in previous orders they have added onions and tomato sauce even though I clearly specified NO tomato and NO onions. Despite this, they continue to get the orders wrong. I have never received a satisfactory solution—no proper replacement or refund. In the end, I always end up losing my money and my time. Very poor service and lack of attention to customer instructions.

Today, as usual, I ordered the pizza that I always buy for $17, but for some reason the cashier told me it was $33. They said that the prices had changed, but I bought the same pizza just 4 days ago and the price was the same. They are being irresponsible and overcharging customers, and there is no manager available.

Avoid delivery at all costs! I've ordered delivery almost 10 times over the last year and every time it's taken over an hour, on average 1.5 hours. I gave them chances in case it was a bad day, short staffed, etc., but it's clear it's always an issue. Weekdays or weekends, always the same. Domino's is only 0.5 miles away but I can't pickup b/c I'm working or have someone over. One time after 1.5 hours the driver arrived and brought the wrong food! The driver had to go back to have them remake it and come back again. Today I was watching the tracker and the food was prepped quickly but wasn't put into the oven for 30min!! I called twice but they kept giving inaccurate time estimates. It took over 1.5 hours and the food wasn't even made correctly. We ordered the stuffed cheese bread, which we've had from multiple dominos many times and it's always extremely cheesy, that's the point. This time they forgot the cheese stuffing! It only had some melted cheese on top of empty bread. So disappointing. Due to the late delivery they automatically send you a coupon from a free pizza in the next 30 days... but why would I repeat this experience? I deserve a refund. Never order delivery from this location.

We always order with the app, but the pickup process is easy, the accuracy of the order is good, and the pizza tastes like Dominos.
My sons insist on Domino’s for every Friday “pizza night.” Delivery and pick up are both always very fast. The delivery guy and the in-store staff are always very friendly, even when they are busy. We were early to pick up our order last night, and despite being incredibly busy, the pizza makers talked to my son while he watched them make pizzas through the glass. Then they gave him a piece of dough to play with and try to stretch out himself! Thanks for always making our Friday nights special!

One lady working by herself- She ask you to check your name when you walk in! There is no kiosk or anything to sign in. I was initially looking for a Papa Jones, but my GPS routed me to Dominos. I don’t appreciate this especially that I was over charged yesterday at another Dominos restaurant.
