Every single visit, I fall in love again with this place. Tried a blueberry pancake this time (along with my usual French toast and maple bacon). Hey, I shared! But after tasting the blueberry one, I wished I had gotten a whole one (or two 🤪) for myself.
Just ordered donuts for delivery. The box was not taped to close. And the weight of the donuts are too heavy for the box. Delivery orders should be taped and placed in a bag. Went to grab the donuts from behind the door and the weight of the donuts caused the box to collapse and all donuts fell on the ground outside. Trying to call their listed number - and it says the number could not be completed. Frustrating that delivery orders are not packaged properly and frustrated we have no way of contacting the store

Service is horrible. I was with my baby and the staff made us wait for at least 10 minutes before telling me to just order at the kiosk. The staff had just served someone at the cashier when I walked in, so I had no reason to think that they wanted me to order at the kiosk. I understand they're busy, but it was such an unpleasant experience.
