I love Duck Donuts. I gave up sweets for the Lenten Season and could not think of any place else to have a sweet and savory snack on a Thursday afternoon. Staff is very friendly, donuts are made to order and are hot, gooey, messy.make sure to got a pile of napkins, and absolutely delicious. Bacon in the sun is my must have.

Now I’m a person who loves duck donuts but the service at the Arlington location is horrible. I made a mistake and ordered, a mobile order, at the wrong store and instead of getting a refund or store credit, I was told the manager would handle it but then come to find out I was still charged and when I tried to get in contact with one. An employee said that the manager wouldn’t be back till Friday. I’m very disappointed in the chain but I def will not be going to the Arlington location anytime soon.

Oh my God! These donuts are soooo good. Best donuts in town. They prepare the donuts as you order, so you can get warm donuts if you eat them immediately. Not many places offer you that. Two plus factors are good prices and friendly staff+

Great selection and you can customize the donuts. Has typical DC pricing or a bit less if you buy by the dozen. Only issue is they are all cake donuts and I normally prefer yeast ones.Parking: It is in a plaza so lots of free parking. Wouldn't go if I had to pay.

First time here , And Ive never had a cake donut before! I couldn’t believe what ive been missing my whole life!. Soft and hot! you can eat them with a fork! Ive only had hard stale chewy bread like donuts before?These donuts actually fill you up too! Friendly Fast Service as well!.

I've had duck donuts before down south. It's very excited to try this out here. I have my nephews with me and I always think it's fun that they can create their own doughnut. The warm cake like donut with custom yummy toppings. It's a go too place. HOWEVER, I am super peeved that I got charged one whole dollar for one gummy worm. It's a good product.

Arrived at 6pm on Saturday. Doors were locked and lights off. Employee was in there, looked at us, and kept walking and cleaning. Never came out to give an explanation to the early closing or anything. Sign says they close at 7pm. What gives…?

They sell cake donuts, not the yeast donut. (The difference is in the dough. A cake donut is denser than a yeast donut. It has the texture of a slice of cake. A yeast donut tends to be fluffier and lighter and à little greasier) I personally prefer the yeast donut (like the New Orleans style). The service in this place is great and the staff is very nice but I won't come back.

Delicious donuts made to order! You get them hot every time. They have the basics and a lot of fun flavors like the maple syrup bacon donut. It’s more of a cake donut so they are a bit more dense then say a donut from Krispy Kreme. They have a kiosk inside so it’s really easy to customize your order.
