This is not Chinese food.
The scallion Pancake was like a thick flour tortilla chip sprinkled with a few green onions.
The noodles had zero taste.
It's truly mall food.

This restaurant shouldn't accept tips. I dined in and paid a tip. There are inside tables but there is no server. You have to pick up your food yourself.
If I pay a tip, I expect you to bring food to me and also clean up after I am done. But I had to clean up myself because there is no server. Moreover, there is no trash can inside.
I genuinely want to ask what tips are for. You shouldn't accept tips if a dining in customer does all the work.
The table was dirty also. I cleaned the surf ace of the table myself.
Please don't accept tips if there is no extra service.
That's just not right.

Low key this place is kinda slept on. A mall is not where you’d expect really good Chinese food, but I tried this place once and haven’t looked back. I got the pan-fried buns (生煎包). I give the taste a 9/10 on authenticity (which is very high for the US). I also got the fried rice. It’s okay. Could use more seasoning. It is also a little pricey, but I think overall $15 for a soda, fried rice, and 6 buns is not the worst for eating out.

I ordered the chow mein and it was extremely salty. When I tried to dilute it with a bit of water, I realized the meat wasn’t fresh.

It's hard to complain about a fast food chinese place since its nice to just have options other than Panda Express, but people need to know that this place is extremely subpar even for Taiwanese/Chinese fast food dumplings. It is a disgraceful introduction to the real thing. This review is for the Beef Noodle, Steamed Pork/Shrimp dumplings, fried rice and hot sour soup. Good idea, good concept, poor execution unfortunately. P.S. I cleaned my own table to not sit down in stickiness and soy sauce, that did not add to the experience, thanks for leaving a rag and cleaner out for customers after they are asked to tip 15-25% for to-go only service.

Food was good but took forever and bad look and service. The guy making the food was watching his phone nonstop. Eating cookies and dunking them in his cup and ran his hand through his hair several times - I was really counting on the steamer to make sure my dumplings weren’t germy. The girl who was supposed to be making drinks literally had her head down on the counter -basically laying down and staring at her phone as well while people waited and eventually had to ask if they could please have their water and tea. There wasn’t anyone who looked half awake and no one was hustling. But the dumplings were tasty so…

Stopped by for a quick bite that ended up as a whole meal since the serving was pretty filling.
You can order from the cashier or from the self-service kiosk beside the counter. Service was fast and the food tasted great. Combo 2 (braised beef noodle soup, fried rice, coke) $15.95, Pork Chop over rice $13.95.

I visited on September 3rd at 10:30am. I made sure they were open as the hours stated 10AM-9PM. I ordered off the tablet and sat down. My order number was #1, also known as the first customer. There were no other orders that morning or customers present in the restaurant, just me. I waited 30 minutes, still without my food/order. I didn’t make a scene nor get upset, I just waited patiently for my food There were at least 3-4 workers moving around. By 11:00am, I had to go back to work. No apologies from the staff I don’t even think they realized I was sitting down and ordered anything. I politely asked for my refund and left.

I don’t understand how a business can operate when you can’t even take the first order of the day right. I have never eaten at this restaurant (aside from other chain Kung Fu Teas), and I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. According to the lady at the front, the receipt system “was broken”, when she clearly and most likely didn’t grab the ticket once I placed the order in. She also told me my food was almost ready after they finally realized there was a ticket 15 minutes later. No thank you. After a 30 minute wait, you think you would at least get an apology, a coupon, a visit from the manager, a free meal…something. I won’t be visiting again or recommending that anyone come here. It is a shame that also being of asian descent, I have to make this review.

The dumplings are good. The beef noodle soup has soggy, overly starchy noodles.

Very average, or below. Customer service, food, and environment. Waited while several people who ordered after me got bags of food first, and had to ask the cashier who was texting on her phone about my order. She didn’t notice me waiting there for a very long time, and then they realized my order had been sitting on their prep counter all that time. The fried rice was really dry and hard, and the chicken soup dumplings were too hot to eat even after 15 minutes. Flies flying around as well, and dirty tables. $12 I can’t get back.

Good dumplings but they need a trash can available to customers. People leave their trash all over the dining area because there’s no trash can available. They tell you to use the ones in the mall but they’re far away so it’s just unsanitary.

Every time I order food, I have to remind the cook to put on gloves. I went in today and requested the cook wear gloves, he said something in his native language and refused to cook my food. Thanks goodness there was another cook there. It wouldn’t be a big issues if he wasn’t picking up my shrimp with his bare hands after wiping his face and living his hat without washing his hands. Too bad mall employees are limited on what they can get in a short period of time.

Waited 20 minutes for a singular scallion pancake order just to be told it never went through. When I finally got it, the scallion pancake tasted like literal oil — way, way, way too much. Extremely disappointed overall.
