This is honestly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Not once have I gotten a drink that was drinkable in my 3 years of living near this location and daring to order here.

Nice, hardworking staff.

Edit: just want to reiterate how wonderful the staff is. This is the only place that treated a homeless person with dignity out of all the restaurants we tried. Thank you guys for making his day a little nicer.

Smile at the customers and welcome them. Put your sugar where customers can access it for their coffee. Why is it hidden? Replace that rickety outside table and umbrella before one or the other kills someone.

Believe me, I arrived at the Dunkin' store at 3:26 pm to eat a donut and they didn't have any. While I was waiting, another person arrived asking for the same thing and they didn't have any either. In other words, you can't open a donut shop if you don't have them to sell.

I had a mobile order and they didn’t even have one of the items. I said eh oh well, and was at least looking forward to the coffee…. Well it was honestly one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. Pretty sure they just filled it with all water and zero milk or syrup. Should have looked at the ratings before I came here…

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the staff here are some of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve encountered at any location. They always manage busy mornings with patience and professionalism, even when overwhelmed with drive-thru, online, and in-store orders.

This morning, I witnessed a customer become rude and disruptive because of a wait, even recording staff and other customers without consent. Despite his behavior, the team remained calm and respectful. It made me want to speak up and commend the employees for how well they handled the situation.

They deserve recognition, not criticism, and I’ll continue coming back.
