Every time I come here I try and stay open minded that maybe it was just a fluke. But nope it's always made wrong, and never going to change. Got foreigners working in here that are rude and don't care that you just spent $5 on an iced coffee for it to be made wrong. Don't waste your money...the Dunkin on lee hwy is much better service

The lady poured from the decaf urn and told me it was regular, charged me $2.25 for oat milk when the menu says $1, and just shrugged when I tried to ask why. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Under the guise of coffee, they sold me slightly brownish water. As if they had rinsed a container that once held coffee. When I returned and asked to change the drink, the employee did not even consider it necessary to apologize.

They were fabulously friendly with the coffee hot and tasty treats.
Unfortunately this is the Dunkin closest to my house which is why I give them so many chances…they always seem to get something about my order wrong and I often have to remind them that I had ordered a cookie or drink. Get it together please.

Really poor service and they will ignore doesn’t matter for how long you have been waiting at the counter! After asking cream and sugar on the side the owner will judge you and will ask you if you drink black why do you need cream and sugar? I had another person with me who drinks coffee with cream and sugar! The breakfast sandwiches are not cooked well and chewy raw croissants!

Ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar, as always no sugar was in my coffee. The employee's at this location are incompetent. This is not the first time my order is made incorrect. The owner if this location should start paying attention to these comments and make staff changes if they want to keep customers coming back. I for sure will not use this location again.
