Very disappointing. I ordered a black decaf and watched the server see that the decaf was empty. He poured regular coffee and handed it to me without saying anything. I said, “I watched you pour a regular coffee. I need decaf.” No words. He just pointed at the machine. I waited while he got a new pot started and served others. The pot was ready to pour. He eventually handed me a decaf coffee after I asked again. Avoid this Dunkin. Corporate should work in quality service at all locations.

Sadly, I don’t think I ever ordered a coffee I liked or even tasted like what I actually ordered. My pumpkin spice coffee never tastes like pumpkin spice it’s just awful. Today I ordered the peppermint mocha latte and you guessed definitely did not taste nor look like what was advertised. It tasted like burnt coffee water with a hint of peppermint dust oh and whipped cream was request as you see non. So asking for whipped cream or extra sauces, forget about it don’t waste your money or effort. This was my last time getting dunkin from this location. Tired of being disappointed and wasting my money.

Today I went to the drive thru just like I do literally everyday. I ordered a latte and when I received the latte it was darker than usual. Again I go there every day. She first tells me she can’t because the cup will spill over. Then upon receiving such a dumb response I asked she can just put the milk in a different cup. I was asking only for a little bit of milk. Then she changes to say they can’t. I said I’ve asked before for additional milk and received it no problem. She insisted she couldn’t and just looked at me idiotically. I again asked politely I have never been denied additional milk especially when the coffee is darker than usual. She then tried to lie to me saying it’s because it was decaf. I said I come here everyday and have ordered decaf, caf and half and half decaf. She proceeded again to change her story as to why she couldn’t give me more. Ultimately I left. Dunkin really needs to remove an employee who lies to customers and can not fix the coffee when it’s made incorrectly. I am happy to help point out the employee.

They were somehow out of three different basic donuts and the donut I ended up with tasted worse than a day or two old and dry
I don't know why we bother anymore. In the five or six times we've gone here, they've never once gotten our order right. It's also a small location in a fairly high traffic area, so they're frequently out of multiple items. I could understand that if it was the only problem, but the service is really bad too.
As a customer, I believe it's important to recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff, especially in the fast-paced environment of a drive-thru. When I make a purchase, I understand that while my food and drinks are important to me, the staff are also dedicating their time and energy to provide great service. They often face different challenges, and I try to remain patient and respectful. I’ve noticed that negative reviews or complaints rarely solve the issue, but a simple smile and a positive attitude can go a long way. Everyone has different expectations, but we should acknowledge that working in customer service is demanding, and a little appreciation can make a big difference.
The service was horrible. The lady at the window was rude and when she clearly saw I was struggling to reach the drive through window she wouldn’t even try to extend her arm. My iced chai tasted like straight up milk. Save your money and don’t come here.
While, I fully support decisions to be closed on Christmas Day, if you're going to be closed, you need to put a sign on the door and the order location! At least three of us were in line trying to order. And not only were there NO signs, but the lights were on inside!! Why??!!
