Donuts- how?

I truly enjoy this location and Abel is ALWAYS ready to help with a bright smile and positive attitude!
They were somehow out of three different basic donuts and the donut I ended up with tasted worse than a day or two old and dry
I don't know why we bother anymore. In the five or six times we've gone here, they've never once gotten our order right. It's also a small location in a fairly high traffic area, so they're frequently out of multiple items. I could understand that if it was the only problem, but the service is really bad too.
As a customer, I believe it's important to recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff, especially in the fast-paced environment of a drive-thru. When I make a purchase, I understand that while my food and drinks are important to me, the staff are also dedicating their time and energy to provide great service. They often face different challenges, and I try to remain patient and respectful. I’ve noticed that negative reviews or complaints rarely solve the issue, but a simple smile and a positive attitude can go a long way. Everyone has different expectations, but we should acknowledge that working in customer service is demanding, and a little appreciation can make a big difference.
The service was horrible. The lady at the window was rude and when she clearly saw I was struggling to reach the drive through window she wouldn’t even try to extend her arm. My iced chai tasted like straight up milk. Save your money and don’t come here.
While, I fully support decisions to be closed on Christmas Day, if you're going to be closed, you need to put a sign on the door and the order location! At least three of us were in line trying to order. And not only were there NO signs, but the lights were on inside!! Why??!!
I’m unsure why I keep going to this Dunkin because the service is unbearable, but it is the only one close to me.
I went there yesterday at noon and went to the drive thru. There were 4 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the window. They didn’t know what order was for which car. I ordered two food items and a coffee and they were going to give me a signature latte and only charged me that. I mentioned it was wrong and what I ordered. It took another 3 minutes to get it correct and get my items so now I understand why it took forever to get through the drive thru. The worker mentioned she didn’t charge for my order and seemed to not want to give me it but at that point it’s not my problem. I did get what I ordered, however my medium coffee had 5 skim in it, and I didn’t ask for 5. It should be 3:3 in a medium by default.
Also in the past I’ve ordered coffee and know how many pumps should be in each coffee. I’d always get 1:1 in a medium and large. I began looking at the sticker before leaving and sometimes the sticker was right but it was obviously incorrect when I took a sip. I’m disappointed in my order 4 out of 5 times.
The parking lot is an absolute nightmare, I witnessed about 4 near misses just this morning.

Service was sub-par. There appeared to be an avoidance of service to people in line, and then once in line there was an issue with the deals in their system, causing me to order online. However, once I got the food it was great and tasted better than many other locations in the area.

Came in for a don't and coffee. Needed to use the rest room. Guy tells me the men's room doesn't work... and that the other is for women. It's a single person bathroom. So zero reason not to just let me use it. Get your restrooms fixed and put yourself in other people's shoes before telling someone to go piss their pants. Let's grow up and be adults.... there was no out of order sign on the men's room either so I'm not even sure that was broken. Either way, extremely poorly run.

Nice kid at the window but you can tell the manager just throws anyone who shows up to work at the drive-through. They’re unfamiliar with the menu (just ordered a croissandwich meal), no price, no receipt, no hash browns with the meal…$9.88 for a croissandwich and regular black coffee. Croissandwich was good.

4.5 stars. I had an issue here that the general manager resolved very amicably, much better than expected. She was very apologetic, and I appreciate it. They did not lose my business.
