I just bought donuts for my daughters tastes so bad I’m not fresh at all ( this is from last night )

The old spanish lady made my drink and it tasted watered down I asked her nicely to add more iced coffee to my beverage and she acted like I was scamming her lol also the person at the register was touching her nose while taking my order and proceeded to handle food without proper handwashing procedure. I love dunkin but this is the worst location I've been to.

The iced coffee in this location is so watered down so I asked the barista nicely if I could get more iced coffee to try to save them the trouble of remaking the whole drink but even after they put more iced coffee to it, it still tasted like straight up milk. I get the same beverage at my local dunkin I just happened to be in this area today and I am very disappointed with the beverage. It wasn’t standard at all.

ohhhh how I love Dunkin' Donuts as a brand and their coffee! But this store here the young man made the wrong sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel) for me so I called to ask if I could get the sandwich that I ordered (sausage egg & cheese on croissant) before I could even ask if I could get my sandwich, the young woman that answered the phone hung up on me deliberately I called multiple times after she didn't answer the phone. The young man answered it and which I appreciate because I ended up actually getting my food, but in customer service when a customer has a problem with something, you should not hang up on them whether you're busy or not. The only reason why I gave 2 instead of the1 I planned on giving is bc of the young man thank you again sir

The food was burned (2 sandwiches and tater tots) How is it okay that you give customers a burnt croissant? Ordered flavor swirl coffees, and it was none in the coffee. Why does this location always get over on people? Charge more if you have to, but give people what they ordered. Starbucks will get my business now.

I visited this store because it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unfortunately, I stood at the register for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I understand that the staff was busy handling online orders—things happen—but neither the team nor the manager on duty made eye contact or offered any kind of acknowledgment or apology. There were about five other people waiting behind me, and we all eventually left without being helped. It's disappointing, and I don’t plan to spend my money where customers aren’t treated with basic respect.

Women behind the register is so rude. I walked in. She was helping a customer. She helped them and proceeded to walk off and turn her back to me. I did not get any help until another person came in I ordered
Two other people ordered behind me and got there order before me all I ordered was a large coffee two do doughnuts will never ever stop at this place again
