The employee taking my order could barely communicate in English. On top of that, she was wearing a headset, smirking and talking to someone else while serving me. Completely disrespectful!!
What is happening to customer service in our country ?

I’m not one to ever write reviews, but this Dunkin’ was by far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. From when I placed my order to when I received the food 30 minutes had elapsed. The store was not busy, and all I ordered was a single sandwich. I could have driven to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, driven home and made it myself in the time it took for them to make the sandwich. As to the quality of the sandwich it wasn’t great but I have had worse. This Dunkin’ is a disgrace to my Boston roots.

Understaffed and slow moving. A sit down restaurant would be faster. No place to sit on the main level; only a sketchy upstairs landing.

We order Uber Eats from this Dunkin every 1–2 weeks. The munchkins are always a hit with my son, but the donut boxes are a consistent disappointment. Unfortunately, Uber doesn’t allow for custom donut selection, and more often than not the staff fills the box with mostly powdered and blueberry donuts. These are clearly the least popular choices—especially with 4- and 6-year-olds—and usually go uneaten. It feels like an easy way for the store to offload less desirable flavors instead of providing a fair variety. Very frustrating for loyal customers.

Imagine. John Lennon invited us to do just that—what would a world look like, stripped of war and inequality? Dunkin Donuts of Arlington, too, would have us imagine a new kind of world. But this world is no paradise, but rather a fresh hell of indifference—no, hostility—indolence, and a dedication to the proposition that the customer is always wrong.
Unless you like paying for rudeness and rewarding low characters, go anywhere else for your next large batch donut purchase.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Dunkin, I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They got my order wrong, the donuts they gave were flattened, the bagels were several days old and had almost no cream cheese, and the coffee was watery. Not to mention the service which was down right awful. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend if it was the last place to eat on earth.

Great treats and good coffee
Only one lady working. Long line and she had no help. Ordered omelet bites and they were freezing cold, almost as if she never heated them. While eating, there was a very strange chewy clear substance… absolutely gross! Bride I hadn’t been in a rush snd could’ve come back in to complain. Awful experience

This Dunkin consistently has good iced coffee. However, it always smells like burnt plastic in the store. They usually only have one person working at a time so if it gets busy, the wait can get long.
They have a second level for seating. There is no parking at this location besides a few paid parking spots in front of the store.
Really good ice coffee. I'm on the go teaching people how to buy and sell real estate, on their own. Real estate consumer training dot com .
Love to stop here for a quick, delicious coffee and breakfast sandwich.
I am a regular customer at your Dunkin' location and have been visiting for the past six months. Throughout this time, I have consistently received excellent customer service. The staff members are always friendly, efficient, and take great care of the store. It’s clear they treat the store as their own, and I’ve always been impressed by their professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere.
However, I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred on Wednesday, March 18, 2025. On that day, I noticed a manager who appeared to the location and was interacting with the staff. After some observation, I realized he (Shewaferaw ) I don’t know if I got his name right ! was the district manager.
During my visit, I witnessed this district manager speaking to one of the employees in a manner that I found disrespectful. The tone and words used were inappropriate, and I believe this type of treatment towards staff members should not be tolerated. As a customer, it was disheartening to see someone in a position of authority behaving in such a way.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as I believe it is important for leadership within the company to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards all employees. I trust that this issue will be addressed, as it is crucial for both employee morale and customer satisfaction.
Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I hope this situation will be handled appropriately.
The worker there just ignored me and kept using his phone when i asked if i can place the order he said gimme 5 minutes 😂
Always a wait. Seldom staffed with enough ppl. For ice cream, shouldn’t call itself a Baskin 31. Only has 12 flavors available!
