Recently I had gotten a drink from here, which was a simple caramel frappe. Not only was my order not made correctly (happens often there), but I ended up getting an allergic reaction after drinking it. I have a severe allergies of nuts and I have no idea on how my coffee unexpectedly gave me an allergy. And yes, it was serious. My body was warming up and my throat was closing, making it hard to breathe and talk even after taking medicine. Ts is so serious you guys need to be more careful with cross contamination because it can risk someone’s life.

Got 3 out of 6 of my donuts wrong. I ordered 2 Kreme Delights, 1 Jelly, 2 Spider and a Glazed Blueberry. I got 1 Jelly, 2 Spider, 2 Glazed Chocolate, and a Jelly Donut. Completely wrong. I called 3 times no answer. We've ordered from there before customer service is rude, impatient, and they get the order wrong 50% of the time. I have a photo of my food and my receipt if needed.

5 for the employees. The two women working were awesome to deal with and helpful. It’s attached to a gas station so it may be a little bit slower than other locations. I ordered 8dz and they had it done in 20-30 minutes. Life savers

Honestly as much as i usually enjoy Dunkin drinks, some of the staff at this specific location made me really hate dunkin. On this specific day, the staff got really lucky that manager was not there but i would’ve definitely reported him for not taking my request. He said “ I can’t have extra matcha even if I wanted to”!!! Like, is that even a thing? Please explain? This is a store with terrible and low customer service based staff despite the drinks and food that we customers go for. The 2 guys that work in the afternoons are really not worth going to that store! Only the ladies in the mornings shifts are welcoming and know how to treat customers right. If only i caught the name of the staff. I always get matcha and he ended up even putting less matcha powder. I’ve worked ar Dunkin myself and its a new thing that he just said to me. He just gave me milk with a little matcha as the picture below shows. Do you call this Matcha? All watered down, he put 4 scoops of matcha but really put 2! Please respond if you’re able to! Thanks

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left much to be desired. The lack of attention and welcoming atmosphere was quite noticeable. Despite requesting a milkshake, the staff member displayed a worried attitude and didn't seem to care about our order. This experience fell short of the service I expected from a place like Dunkin' Donuts. I hope they can address these issues to provide better customer service in the future.
