I ordered an iced coffee to go and realized that something was blocking the straw. I pulled the straw out and there was table wipe in my drink. Absolutely unacceptable as the person making your coffee is looking at the cup the whole time. It was already a rough experience when going here but, the dirty wipe in my drink is the last straw will not be back.

The employees from here to recess so bad people that they don’t talk to nice at the Customer. I don’t know who is danger people that you put on this doughnut I never see them like here anywhere but talk to Customer too bad.

I placed my order online 15 mins before I arrived and when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes. I asked the associate with the box dye blonde hair how long much longer and she completely ignored me. I’m going to Starbucks moving forward

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I made a purchase first, then politely asked to use the restroom—and was told it’s for employees only. Seriously? As a paying customer, I expected at least the bare minimum of respect and accommodation. The staff was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’. Treat your customers better.

I am a customer today I am go to this location before I eat asking for hand wash restaurant the customer service the same hand wash for restroom service only for employees not service for customer I don't know why the city looking this place no hand wash I feel bad I'm not good anymore that's not good service the day today February 28 / 2025 free 10:00 p.m.... that's why I give one star I wish if I put zero butts it is not close so I give one star kkkkk
We ordered 5 vanilla chai we get as cold, so we did complain immediately, but we get the same cold chai in return. LoL

Completely screwed up my order. That happeneds, I get it, no problem. But then the owner/manager just completely treated me like I don't matter as a customer. Fine with me, it's not like some amazing place I can't live with out. They don't care about me, I'll go somewhere else, I don't care.

This morning, 02-19-25, I ordered a hot, late it was cold, so I asked the manager who is there preparing the order she's left my sink at the counter and preparing another customers order and that she's bringing me the same cold drink without made me a new. So I said this is very cold. I didn't want that, and she got mad at me and, very arrogant and unprofessional, said that I made this choice. I am not going to waste my time making another one. Those women managers are very rude and unprofessional!! Do something, or you are going to start to lose customers. Remember we have Starbucks, which is much better and the same price just around the corner!!

i ordered at 3:38pm on jan 29, 2025 with 1 small dunkin midnight and a donut to a guy. the dunkin midnight doesn't taste like dunkin midnight at all. it tasted like an ordinary coffee. this was happened twice already on that same guy. a tall, skinny guy, big curly hair, look like an Ethiopian, or somewhere in asia. disappointed.
