This has to be the worst Dunkin ever and I’ve been to countless they constantly messing orders up donuts always hard they have you waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to mess your order up and then make u wait longer to fix it do not I repeat do not go here you’d be better off going anywhere but here

They randomly give you regular coffee when you order decaf. Someone is going to have a medical emergency one day because of these careless, negligent workers. I get that it's a minimum wage job, but come on.

They truly mess up every single coffee order and have a 10% success rate which is unacceptable

I have to avoid caffeine for for medical reasons, so I always order decaf. Every so often, I receive a drink that is definitely caffeinated (but I don't realize until later).
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do this job, yet the employees constantly make careless mistakes (see other people's reviews).
From now on, I'll spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Sometimes ok if you’re not in a hurry because mobile orders are generally late. Also, can inconsistent. I’ve had to started checking my order closer because items are either missing or incorrect. Again today wrong item issue was I opened and touched the food, sandwich & hash brown, I saw the person remove the ticket and toss something and add a new ticket. Was told that’s not true but I watched him. Secondly, the new sandwich was just tossed together, not toasted and, still hash brown was missing. Just left because didn’t have the time to wait again.

Ordered a iced soy matcha with less syrup and got milk + Splenda instead
Running late for work so I bought a cream cheese bagel so I can take my medication, now I have to eat the saddest bagel of my life.

I ordered an iced coffee to go and realized that something was blocking the straw. I pulled the straw out and there was table wipe in my drink. Absolutely unacceptable as the person making your coffee is looking at the cup the whole time. It was already a rough experience when going here but, the dirty wipe in my drink is the last straw will not be back.

The employees from here to recess so bad people that they don’t talk to nice at the Customer. I don’t know who is danger people that you put on this doughnut I never see them like here anywhere but talk to Customer too bad.

I placed my order online 15 mins before I arrived and when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes. I asked the associate with the box dye blonde hair how long much longer and she completely ignored me. I’m going to Starbucks moving forward

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I made a purchase first, then politely asked to use the restroom—and was told it’s for employees only. Seriously? As a paying customer, I expected at least the bare minimum of respect and accommodation. The staff was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’. Treat your customers better.

People always do nice and welcoming
I am a customer today I am go to this location before I eat asking for hand wash restaurant the customer service the same hand wash for restroom service only for employees not service for customer I don't know why the city looking this place no hand wash I feel bad I'm not good anymore that's not good service the day today February 28 / 2025 free 10:00 p.m.... that's why I give one star I wish if I put zero butts it is not close so I give one star kkkkk
