I asked for a small amount of foam in my machiatto. The batista (not really!) filled the cup to the top with milk. When I pointed this out, he berated me and educated me in the nineties of the English language - i should have said "drop" rather than "small amount"; he then told me the difference between milk and foam! The coffee was over roasted and bitter. There is no other choice for coffee at the C gates.

Very small Dunkin, does not offer a full menu, doesn’t participate in the Dunkin Rewards program and it seemed two people on shift both times I visited. Service was pleasant.

I asked the cashier for a taste cup to decide between the kiwi watermelon & the strawberry dragonflies drink. She said "we don't do that". She couldn't explain either. I got the kiwi watermelon and it was horrible.

How hard is it to get an order of a coffee with cream and sugar, a toasted plain bagel (since they don't have any other kinds) and strawberry cream cheese right? Apparently too hard for the people working here. Why offer sugar at all when on the counter are all the sweetener options anyone could want, except they don't have any stirrers. They gave me the coffee, said they had to toast the bagel. They didn't even bother to wrap the bagel in wax or tissue paper like most places do, they just put the bagel in a bag and gave me the wrong cream cheese. This is simple stuff. Imagine how bad they would be if they had the whole menu to work with.

4am opening is more of a guideline at Regan Airport. No place that said they opened at 4am actually opened at 4, more like 5ish. And when the coffee places, like Dunkin, finally did open, they didn't even have all they needed. No supplies for lattes, macchiato or anything other than black coffee and stale donuts.
