Dunkin Donuts Express

It doesn’t exist. It must have closed, no one cared so the Google Business listing wasn’t updated. If it does exist, there’s no signage proving otherwise, nor specific location where you would expect to find it. Google Maps turn-by-turn says it’s here, but trust me, if looking for it at 6:20AM as an alternative to nauseating Starbucks experience, you’re out of luck. Good news!?! There’s a “5 Guys” here that bizarrely IS open for breakfast, lol, with baskets of cut potatoes ready to be dunked into the frier (for breakfast?!?).

The most disgusting experience with the female Ethiopian in the front. She is very confrontational and unprofessional. This location is serving pork sausages and saying it is turkey sausage. I took my food back after taking two bites and instantly started to feel ill. I informed the female Ethiopian the sandwich which was supposed to be turkey tasted like pork, she said it wasn't and I told her just give me egg and cheese instead just to be safe. She came back with the sandwich in a bag and literally threw it on the counter. I ask if the cost would be the same and she said I ate half the sandwich which I disagree. She ask me if I want her to show me the sandwich and I politely and softly told her no and walked out. This experience and customer service was very embarrassing and rude. DCA International Airport South Terminal. I usually do not support Dunkin Donuts and this is the reason why.

I stopped in to the Dunkin near the Delta terminal to get a decaf coffee. When the man at the register indicated he was ready to take my order I approached and while explaining I wanted a large decaf iced coffee he kept ducking under the counter so I paused. He asked me what sort of syrup I wanted- indicating he was taking my order- so I continued. Because it seemed like he wasn’t fully paying attention I asked him if the coffee I ordered was still a decaf like I had asked and he said, “yes”. I tried clarifying with him multiple times to be assured the drink wouldn’t have caffeine because the person I was buying the drink for can’t have it. The drink was not decaffeinated and because of that the recipient was given the largest dose of it they’ve had in years. Due to this poor service I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone; especially if your order needs special attention for allergies or other health reasons.

The one at Terminal 1. 1/2 Dozen donuts all old. They should stop scamming people like that.

Not bad for a quick coffee stop early in the morning. They use an automated cream and sugar machine, I did not get enough cream.

The donut holes were soft and fresh.

Waited for 30 minutes for them to open. Both of us ended up with stale food. She got a donut I got a Blueberry Muffin. 18.00 later in was in the trash. They offered no refunds.

NOT ALLOWED??? “Want it or not?”According to the very upset and rude employee, she is not allowed to give customers oat milk OR almond milk on the side. Not allowed, it’s completely fine, BUT you don’t have to be rude or unfriendly about it. Where are the undercover bosses when you need them?

The man who works here is very rude and has terrible customer service. He intentionally ignores customers, makes the female employees do his work (I saw this firsthand) and when I asked for my order, he turned around and left the shop. Two other customers next to me said he was also mean to them and ignored them when they asked for something.

I would recommend visiting another location if you really wanted Dunkin’
