Great local sandwich shop. The sandwiches are a good size for the price. I got the turkey cranberry Brie sandwich which was good, but the turkey was a bit dry. I think I would try the roast beef sandwich next time.

Stopped in at Earl's on a Thursday for lunch. Had an incredible turkey and brie sandwich. The turkey was like something from a Thanksgiving dinner and not lunch meat. It was so flavorful and good. I would highly recommend.

I love the pork and fires sandwich. It is so delicious so heavenly full filling. Must try!!! Also, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Always a smiley face when I arrive.

Was drawn to this place because of the good reviews; however, personally I am not a huge fan The steak and brie was not what I was expecting. To me it tasted like a worse philly cheesesteak. The hand cut fries were really good. The turkey club was decent but nothing amazing.

I have been eyeing Earl's sign about fresh roasted turkey and today I gave it a try (delivery). I have to say that Earl's is a real gem!Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce: Just divine! Turkey is so tender that it is falling apart (like pulled chicken). Bread is whole grain, fresh, and nice mix of seeds.Garlic chicken sandwich with roasted peppers: my husband said it was really good.Vegetable sandwich (with balsamic vinegar or basil mayo): Excellent, chock full of mushrooms.Salad (with chicken): excellent. We particularly enjoyed the fresh apple slices (tasted like they had lemon juice). The dressing, though, was unexpected, only vinegar (no oil). We ended up using our ranch dressing we had on hand and sprinkled a little vinegar on top.So glad to have tried Earl's and we will definitely do it again (can't stop thinking about the turkey!).Update 3/3/24 We just finished our lunch of Mona Lisa (veggie) and Turkey and brie sandwiches and I am thinking of mine (turkey and brie). The best sandwich I have had (maybe ever). My husband really liked his Mona Lisa, too.

Breakfast sandwich for $10 extremely underwhelming. Bread was soggy. Weird choice of sausage. Should be no more than $5 for a sandwich of this

My boyfriend's favorite sandwich shop in the DMV is @earls_sandwiches so of course we had to highlight it! His go-to is the roast beef and cheddar and it's not hard to see why he loves it so much. Packed in between perfectly toasted sourdough you find freshly sliced beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a smear of horseradish mayo. I opted for one of their January monthly specials, the Pearl. Tender white and dark meat turkey, and tart and delicious cranberry relish, all drowned in fresh gravy and packed inside a brioche bun made every bite burst with flavor. As a Thanksgiving lover I was in heaven. Whether you try a monthly special or go with a fried and true favorite, you can't go wrong with Earl's

After driving by Earl's literally hundreds of times, I finally went in and grabbed lunch. The roast pork sandwich I picked up was wonderful. With a 12 ounce cup of Turkey chili, half a sandwich made for a very filling lunch. And it was all very inexpensive (by DC standards). Staff were friendly--and make great, beautiful food. (But ate my food before I could take a photo.) I'll definitely be back. (I was also impressed that their payment system asked if I wanted to give a 5%, 15%, or 25% tip--not the usual: 18%, 25%, higher!!)

I ordered my Sandwich online at 3:30. Was notified my order would be ready at 4pm. I arrive at 3:45 and the place is drop dead empty. When you can get a sandwich here it is awesome.

The food is always fresh and delicious! I always look forward to seeing the monthly special sandwiches. You can't go wrong with any of the offerings...sandwich or soup.

Earl's is a great sandwich shop with a good selection of sandwiches. My Turkey Ruben had a great flavor and was a good portion. Not a lot of sitting room, with only one booth and the rest of the seats counter style along the wall and window. Definitely worth the visit.

Earls is one of the best things going in the neighborhood, with super, creative sandwiches. My only area for improvement would be to offer more genuinely vegetarian options, starting with the soups. Even the tomato soup, it turns out, is made with turkey stock. If you are like me, and prefer your turkeys strutting around and breathing the fresh air, this is a deal breaker, and excellent veggie soups are possible without adding meat. I know that Earl’s is more than up to the challenge.

Great place to stop by for a delicious sandwich. Nice music, free drink refills, and a perfectly sized menu. I ordered the southwest breakfast burrito and it was delicious, once of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Fries were also crispy and hot!
