The meat was super mushy as well as the lomein. The lady promised me a credit only for the crew working the next day to hang up the phone on me. Told me I would have to wait for the lady that took my order. Didn’t even offer a refund. DISGUSTING!

Why is it so hard to find good chicken wings with mumbo sauce in the dmv? Crazy. The wings were small here and they don’t put the mumbo sauce and ketchup on the wings and fries which is fine but the mumbo sauce wasn’t good . The worst was the customer service. If I am paying my money and I say thank you and the person behind me say thank you, you could at least say you’re welcome back. My whole encounter with lady at the counter was not welcoming. She acted annoyed and make you feel she is doing you a favor by you eating there. Smh again crazy.

My steak and cheese was very salty, and I asked for everything on it, the cashier confirmed, and they only put lettuce & tomatoes on it… I could tell they were busy and they still pushed the order out quickly but I wouldn’t do it again.

The food at this place and pretty good but it depends who answers the phone because whenever I speak to the older guy who works there he’s very professional but whenever it’s the older lady she is so rude because she might can’t understand something your saying then gets mad and tell you that you don’t have to order from there .like I’m pretty sure you need customers if your store is open . She needs help with her customer service

Shrimp lo mein is the best. Also love the steamed dumplings, tastes heaven with the house made sauce that comes with it. We had their teriyaki chicken, fried rice and fries. They were okay. Good food in a decent price range.
Horrible. Took an hour to make ribs and fried rice. The rice sits back there in a giant tub. Saw the cook dumping sauce from a bucket into some wings. It looked disgusting. The Eastern Carryout on Pershing is MUCH better.
