This is my family's go-to restaurant for casual dining on a night out. I was introduced to it by my late sorority sister over 20 years ago and reintroduced my family to it about 10 years ago. It's the only place I can find authentic or as close to authentic Tex-Mex. The salsa is fresh and homemade as are the chips. The steak has the best flavor and seasoning and I like how they grill their steak, chicken and shrimp. Even though we live in Alexandria, we make the drive...

El Paso Café is a hidden gem offering great service, a spotless environment, and a cozy atmosphere. Located conveniently, it’s perfect for a quick stop or a relaxed meal. Their coco flan is a must-try – one of the best I’ve ever had, with a perfect blend of creaminess and rich coconut flavor. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the staff is friendly, and the food never disappoints. Highly recommended!
