My favourite pollo in Arlington! Food is delicious, I love the chicken and it's impressive how either white or dark meat is always available. They make the best thick cut fries far n wide! Delicious coleslaw, yucca fries and plaintains, too! The speed of the service is unparalleled - even if the line is to the door, I'm always in&out in less than 5 minutes as they are very fast&efficient.

Parking sucks (only because I can't park lol) but the food is great. I find myself craving the yuca fries every once in a while. They always taste great. I will say the ordering process is a little intimidating but they're very helpful. I love the food and the people.

Chicken is amazing. Atmosphere and ordering process are not very good. Ordering process requires patience and dining room is extremely basic feels unwelcoming. Why not invest in some nice seats and tables to make everyone feel like you want their business?
