Somehow both flavorless and unhealthy. The overpriced food isn't worth it and I will never come back here again. How do you make fries fresh, hot, soggy, and bland?

Will not serve a kids meal without the presence of a child and, presumably, a birth certificate to prove they are under 12. Assured that this is fine because the adult burger portion is not that large anyway, which turned out to be accurate. Fries limp.
Excellent staff and the food is great, love the chocolate shake 😋

This is probably the best run airport restaurant/quick food option I’ve seen at an airport in years. They are friendly, efficient, and you can tell they actually care about the quality and presentation of the food they serve. The manager is doing an excellent job!!!!

The food was adequate. The fries were crispy, the bacon on the burger was not.
The staff was friendly, and helpful, though they seemed a little flustered, as they forgot one of my items, and an item of another customer that was waiting. However, they were quick to correct the issues and did so with a smile.
The biggest issue, is not so much with this store, but whoever runs the website lists this location as serving the full menu, when they do not. I was really looking forward to those onion rings.

For an airport meal, this burger isn’t bad. It’s a tiny burger with a good amount of fries. It’s not flavorless but it needs a lot of help. Condiments are all in packets at the counter. The service was quick. I opted for this place over Five Guys and I feel like I would’ve been happier with Five Guys.

I tried this place twice. The food isn’t bad, but honestly really doesn’t have a taste. Everything you get is kind of bland. The bacon on the burger is weird looking, but has a hint of bacon taste. Maybe I am just so used to fast food chains being loaded with preservatives, and artificial things, and this is just a clean burger. The signage makes you think so at least. The price also seems on the high side for a small burger. I mean if I’m in the airport around the E gates I will probably eat here again, the only other options are a pizza place, wolf-gang pucks, PF changs, and I think a sandwich shop. I like burgers, this one isn’t disgusting, it’s just small, high priced, and not very flavorful.

There was no one in line and waiting when I ordered. It took over 15 minutes for my order to come out. A few people ordered after me and got meals. I requested no ketchup, and the item ended up having ketchup. I even asked again when receiving the item and was told it didn't. .

Had a great burger and crispy fries while stuck at the airport — honestly the best part of my day dealing with these flight delays 😂. Solid food, great service. Would eat here again (hopefully not during another delay lol).
