Would do anything to have a branch open in Boston!!! 😭😭😩😩 Haven't had any good falafel in the US until I tried this place. The cheap price is also the cherry on top 🍒 Highly recommend if that wasn't obvious
Fast and fantastic food. First time trying out the franchise and I am hooked. The falafel bowl is flavorful, fresh, and the right amount of food and variety. The other plus is the very reasonable price.
Recommend adding the baklava to your order. Its light, flakey and the right amount of sweet.
I love Falafel inc. and I am always loyal to my Palestinian fellows. It is just every time I ask for Chicken shawarma with tahini instead of garlic. I get only bread and chicken. It is not too hard to replace garlic with Hummus and keep the pickles😑 they owe me a free one

I'm not sure if I came on a bad day since the reviews are great. Service was horrible, food was horrible, the fries were over seasoned and inedible,, the person taking my order couldn't even understand what I was ordering and rang me up for the wrong items. When I told them about it they acted like they were confused and didn't know how to refund it. Aaaaaaaannnnnnnndddddddd, food was not good at all. Falafels were soggy and cold like they've been sitting there for quite a while and even I told them what my correct order was and said don't worry about the money, I just want my order, they still gave me the wrong order!! Horrible. if it was possible to give 0 or negative stars I would.

Food was great and our food was out within 5 minutes of ordering. We got the falafel bowl and a chicken shawarma wrap which were both very filling and tasty. They have quite the collection of additional sauces to add to your meal. Some outdoor seating is available, but no indoor seating. They have bottled beverages only.
Today was my first time here - ordered take away since it was humid (they have only outside seating)... Got the Rice Shawarma bowl ($12) which was huge but every single last but of it was so aromatic (think it was the rice-meat combo) - just so good I could have this 3 times a day and not be satisfied. We also got the chicken shawarma wrap ($13) - this was also humongous and meaty and again just perfect even with the highest garlic level I had on any food- had been scouring places across the country for the perfect shawarma and this is now my number one by far - from the flavors, you can tell every single dish dish here is freshly made. Don't forget to also try their various free sauces especially Mazbout (the tahini one) for falafels or shawarma, red dragon sauce for their famous zataar fries, and the green fresh jalapeno sauce which is also a great dip for the falafels.
I love this place and it was my go-to for a quick lunch before I left the area two years ago. I decided to get the falafel salad and it did not disappoint. However, I found two pieces of what seemed to be steel wool threads. I was already back at my building and mostly finished my food before I noticed and bit into it. Otherwise, I've never had a bad experience and will give them another try.

Love their food but holy crap they just SKYROCKETED some of their prices. Chicken shawarma wrap went WAY up 45% from $9 to $13 recently. This place is popular because of its price point. At $13 it definitely loses a lot of the value that makes it a great value spot. At least most of their items stayed the same price, namely the falafel pita and fries
