Customer service was superb and the fish sandwich and shrimp basket was delicious! Both meals came out hot and season well along with tasting fresh! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
The owners were very nice. I had a discrepancy in that I didn’t know how many catfish came with the catfish dinner. The owners were so nice that they gave me extra because it was my first time and because it was a misunderstanding that I had of the menu. The customer service was superb. The sides were awesome. I visit First Impression on occasionally. The staff is always very friendly and the food is always delicious and great portions.
However, on my most recent visit, my food left me wishing I had gone somewhere else. I was a bit disappointed. The mac n cheese and greens were delicious, but my fried fish was overcooked and too crunchy. It's like the filets were cut way too thin and / or cooked way too long. They were flavored great, but it was SOOO tough.
