The atmosphere at the airport should not be their fault.

Very good little burger, but 10 bucks is stupid expensive! Everyone wants higher wages, but we have to pay extreme prices for stuff, due to the higher wages!

Fast service. Good burger, but they overload the fries with too much Cajun seasoning to the point where your hands are covered in it.

Ordered bacon cheese burger and the bacon was not even chewable. It had to be days old. The burger was tasteless. Everything is expensive here and sold separately that u should at least make sure it’s fresh. Worst $22 I have ever spent at a restaurant.

Excellent. Just as the founders of five guys intended, stepping into any five guys in receiving the quality and service, excellent! They honestly look like they’re all having fun serving food to friends and family.Traveling through the airport and making a stop here will make things even better for you. You will see when you visit. They are representing Five Guys very well.Great job by the whole team.

This Five Guys location is really solid for being in an airport. The service was quick and helpful, and the burgers were as good as any other location.

Despite getting a fresh made breakfast sandwich, the bacon was ice cold. They probably should stick with their niche, which is a delicious hamburger.

I really shouldn't have done, but I couldn't help myself. My assigned gate for my flight at Reagan National was right next to this Five Guys and the smell was incredible. After an hour of sitting there, I finally caved and got in line. I got a cheeseburger and fries and it was way too much food, but I couldn't help myself. The burger was delicious (but messy) and I ate the whole thing. By the time I finished I had no room for the fries after the first couple, so I opted to save them for later (the lady at the counter gave me extra bags to put it in so I didn't get grease in my duffle). The fries reheated great though. Really good.

Even though this was in an airport, the quality of food was still excellent!

The food is good, but the paper straws are completely unusable for the milkshakes. The Dunkin Donuts across the food court has plastic straws that are the same size, so it doesn't seem like they're forced to use paper. Unless you want to steal a straw from DD, there's no point in getting a milkshake you can't drink.
